Great marketing, ok product, terrible logistics

I ordered the coffee on 29 April. I have written to the customer service team several times to get clarity on when the coffee will arrive and constantly given vague responses. The last response at the beginning of the week stated that 100% the package would be despatched this week. Still no sign of any coffee being delivered three weeks after the order was placed. I have pushed the second instalment of coffee back by one month as I saw in other reviews the payment collection is completely disconnected from the product delivery and the company continues to take payments without delivering any coffee in some cases for months.

Update: The coffee arrived after 1 month. I asked for my subscription to be cancelled. The coffee is comparable to Nespresso (I was really hoping it would be better).

Next week never comes customer service

Had some problem with delivery and after talking with higher management I got to know problem was real and just bad luck for a growing brand .. hats off for taking customer reviews serious.. solving problem.. good quality Coffe also love the mug.. can’t wait to taste the de caf… hope it’s gonna be my guilty pleasure on the evening with a bite of dark chocolate.

Good coffee and great flexibility

Very good service, smooth experience, and excellent coffee. I also like the flexibility of being able to increase or decrease the quantity depending on how much you consume.

The coffee is very good but that is of little use if it is not delivered. Coffydoor took payment on 14/3/26 but I have now been waiting 9 WEEKS for my coffee to arrive. 👀. No real explanation when I complained just a seemingly automated stock response. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Appalling service (lack of) from Coffydoor.

The company has taken two payments from my account and I have yet to receive any coffee. I have contacted the company via Facebook messenger and received a perfunctory response. Appalling.

A lot of emailmarketing, long shipping time

Update: I have since received a message in which everything was explained clearly and the feedback is also being acted upon. Compliments!

I placed an order on May 3rd. Since then I have received 19 emails, of which 2 were about my order (order confirmation) and the rest were marketing spam. I am absolutely not against email marketing, but this is really excessive. Unfortunately, I have not received any update about my order in any of the emails, and there is nothing to be found on the website in my account either. I have not yet received my order. Two days ago I sent an email and have not received a reply. Today I sent another email. So far, not satisfied. Hopefully I will receive my order soon and the taste of the coffee will improve this review.

Not what I was hoping...

Ordered the starter kit which took long to arrive and when it did, several of the pods were dented. Also, the pods don't work well in my L'Or machine.

Update: Following this review, both Amanda and Jonathan contacted me about the issues that I'd experienced, which, to be fair, I hadn't reported to Coffydoor before. Jonathan, in particular was very concerned to get to the bottom of the issue, which was impressive. Final outcome is that I have been credited for the damaged capsules and I would be happy to give Coffydoor capsules another go.

Be Warned

Product arrived after almost a six week wait. Offered a discount but informed I could not cancel a regular subscription (which I had not signed up to) other than by pushing it back each month causing me considerable inconvenience.
Sharp practice, in addition to the unacceptable delivery delay, that I will be taking further with Trading Standards.
Be warned.

My order is 23 days late and counting

I ordered at 13th of April. Today, 6th of May, I have no feedback about my order, other than a general "sorry we had problems but now everything works fine" mail, sent in Swedish at 26th of April.
That's a really bad experience.

Who wants to wait one month for coffee? Good luck with your order.

Almost three weeks waiting and not even an update with an expected delivery date. In addition, in order to get info on your delivery, you have to download an app just for this. I will rate the coffee once it arrives, but I am cancelling my subscription asap. Imagine trusting your morning coffee to a company with such a bad supply-chain and comunication organization.
