Delivery Delays
I can't really write a product review because, despite "Priority fulfilment" there's still no delivery in sight.
Furthermore, despite a personalised follow up message from a Coffydoor Customer Service Rep assuring me that they would part-ship the order immediately (as I was told the order would be delayed because they had no Thermos Mugs in stock) the order did not ship for a further 6 days. 14 days later and it still has not arrived.
Sometimes delays occur, stock depletes, processes fail, mistakes get made - these are somewhat unavoidable; however...
...inaccurate updates following delivery issues are entirely avoidable and should not be given unless they are accurate and guaranteed. Otherwise one is simply adding fuel to the fire.
Having spoken with Jonathan, the founder, I am more confident that this is a one-off and that they take customer service more seriously than perhaps this order has demonstrated.
Let's see what the coffee is like.

Excellent service
We did not actually feel the coffee was particularly superior and after a slow start on delivery decided to cancel the second delivery which still arrived 2 weeks after cancellation.
The reason I am giving a 5* review is that the Company always promptly and comprehensively responded and even invited us to keep the unwanted delivery when we were happy to return. Personal service is so rare today it is worth rewarding
Quality Coffee and a Company Committed to Improvement
My order was unfortunately delayed by almost five weeks, which was very disappointing and not the level of service I expected.
That said, once the issue was escalated, the CEO personally stepped in and provided first-class customer service. He took ownership of the situation, communicated openly, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to improving the customer experience. It was clear that changes are being implemented within the business to create a more streamlined and reliable process going forward.
Most importantly, the coffee itself is excellent. The quality of the product is genuinely impressive and lives up to expectations.
While the shipping delays were significant, the way the situation was ultimately handled has restored my confidence in the company. Based on both the quality of the coffee and the efforts being made to improve operations, I would consider ordering again in the future.

It was worth the wait 😀
What can I say? After what was initially a disappointing start when my coffee didn’t arrive as expected, I’ve come away genuinely impressed by Coffydoor.
I’ve had several conversations with Vian, who took the time to explain the situation, and Jonathan, one of the co-founders, who personally reached out with messages and voice notes. As a new startup, they’ve had their challenges, but their communication and customer service have been exceptional throughout.
They have a genuinely great product and provide amazing follow-up support. Many larger companies could take a leaf out of their book.
Mistakes and issues outside a company’s control can happen. It’s how those issues are handled that really defines a great business. Coffydoor are doing many things right, and their commitment to customers has certainly left a positive impression on me.
I look forward to my morning Coffy every day.

If i could i would give them 0 starts
If i could i would give them 0 starts. I waited for a month just to get the coffee shipped to me. I contacted them multiple times just to always get the same answer, that the coffee will be shipped next week. If you actually need coffee fast do not even consider them. Horrible experience.

Resolved issue - delayed but now refunded
my issue with the company has now been resolved but it took many attempts to get it considered seriously. I understand they were having issues with uk delivery which is now resolved. I haven’t had a chance to try their product but given the issue is now resolved i have amended my rating from 1 star

Själva kaffet är väääldigt gott, men att som prenumerant få vänta MÅNADER på sina betalda leveranser är inte okej.. När man dessutom blir lovad vid ett flertal tillfällen att de ska skickas samma eftermiddag eller senast dagen efter och man trots det får vänta ytterligare en månad så ger jag upp.. Tyvärr kvarstår problemet så jag har sagt upp min prenumeration.

Amazing coffee - slow delivery
The reason for my 5-star review is the amazing - to my taste - coffee quality. Amazingly, I have experienced no jitteriness, which had always been my main limitation in daily coffee consumption. I used to feel palpitations & shaking even with one cup of coffee, whereas coffydoor's coffee is symptom-free even at my second cup. As for the coffee itself, it feels genuinely smooth and properly roasted; a massive win compared to mainstream coffee in Greece, my home-country, where coffee is commonly "burnt".
The delivery process was smooth, but slow. I waited over two weeks for my package to arrive; though proper scheduling of refills can definitely mitigate that.
3 weeks and no coffee
Ordered on the 5th May, still waiting for my delivery.
They replied quickly but holding my coffee order because the thermal mug is out of stock.
3 weeks with no contact from them and no coffee.
Since this review I have heard from an associate and also the owner of the company.
I can’t fault their customer service at this point, shame it took writing a review.
I wish this company all the success as they are dealing with the supply problems head on, you can’t say fairer than that.
Look forward to tasting this coffee when it arrives. ☕️

Superb customer service from the team…
Superb customer service from the team with a very good explanation of the product especially as i haave a Nesspreso coffe machine thast only takes the podsthat are very expensive so the adapter has enlabed me to use the saamller pods !!
1 month… Still waiting… No communication!
Order placed 20th April. Now 20th May and still no goods delivered or even shipped. Contacted them twice by email and by WhatsApp but no proper update received, just auto reply’s with excuses about their shipping partner making a mistake with customs paperwork.
Excuses and blaming outside factors seems to be standard for these guys rather than making sure they can fulfill orders.

Give coffydoor a chance.
Ordered 8/4/2026. My first contact with support was 01/05 because my order was nowhere to be seen.
On 03/05 i was notified that my order was packed and waited to be collected by shipping company.
On 07/05, I was notified again and told that the order had finally been shipped.
12 days later, the tracking number has no update, and it says that my parcel is forwarded to facilities etc. (EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE OR AWAITING PROCESSING)
EDIT.
The order arrived today. I haven’t had the opportunity to taste the coffee yet, as I am currently abroad, but the order was successfully delivered.
The team genuinely made an effort throughout the process. Although there were some issues initially, they worked to resolve them and maintained good communication. I appreciate their commitment to customer service and I’m looking forward to trying their coffee once I return.

Order never received (FIXED)
Made an order on the 7th of May and haven't get it and don't know nothing about the situation other than it showing as confirmed in the website.
Already sent 3 emails and no reply from them.
I'll escalate it until getting my money back.
Update:
After this review I have been contacted via whatsapp by their Customer Service Manager and he has explained my all the situation and give me the context of what happened. He was very kind and polite.
This was really helpful and made me change my opinion on them.
It turns out that the emails were going in to spam folder on their end. Of course I have gave them feedback to improve support contacts.
I'm now going to wait for some days until I receive the order and I'll provide another update.
Update:
I have finally received the order which unfortunately I didn't receive earlier because I was on holiday.
Everything was delivered as expected and the coffee is great.
Thanks for the support from the CX member and CEO which helped making the order arrive!

Great tasting coffee and excellent customer service
Firstly the coffee- it tastes great and runs through our Nespresso coffee maker beautifully unlike some of the other brands. Secondly the service- wonderful. A few hiccups due to supply of decaff and delivery of a mixed batch rather than just decaff on my subscription but this was corrected quickly and a lovely personal service from the staff at Coffeedoor. Excellent all round.

My new coffee of choice
Before I get to the coffee I want to mention the incredible customer service. There was a hiccup with supply and communication was brilliant with regular updates. I’ve been a Nespresso fan for years but now I’m converted. The coffee tastes freshly roasted. Can’t fault it. I’m a fan.

Köpte kaffe i slutet av förra året den kom relativt snabbt men allt fanns inte med i lådan tyvärr det saknades bland annat en kaffemugg som jag aldrig fick sen drogs det fel vid betalning
Frågan är om man ska ge det en chans till ? Annars var det inget fel på kaffet och tyvärr kan jag inte ge ett bättre betyg pga det första upplevelsen jag fick

Excellent coffee...
The claims made by Coffydoor for the quality of heir Nespresso-compatible capsules are absolutely accurate. It is much much nicer than the OL capsules. The aroma and taste are really excellent.
In fact, when my parcel came this morning, I even recommended it to my postie (who must have much earlier mornings than I do.)
The Ristretto is probably my favourite, but the others are equally good. And, a bonus, I don't get heartburn after I have drunk my morning coffee (or my afternoon coffee, or my evening coffee...)
This company have had some issues with delivery times being unacceptably long, (which I believe have been beyond their control, although their communications regarding the delays left something to be desired) but I hope that they have managed to get on top of these and can now deliver great coffee to my doorstep within a reasonable timescale.
