A bad joke

A bad joke! A month has passed since I placed my order and still nothing has arrived. This morning I’ve just been automatically charged for a second order, which I obviously won’t want until I’ve had a chance to try the product.

The only thing being delivered is excuses.

I Placed my order on the 20th of April and i have still not received order. I have been in contact with the customer service team and it is just a constant inflow of excuses. I was told at first there is a coffee shortage but that was then solved and my order could proceed.

I was then told it was an issue with the transport company at the warehouse but my order was prioritised and now my order will be shipped within 2 days.

Then i was told the issue was the black coffee i had included with my order was out of stock and that is the issue causing the delay. This was solved when they suggested switching from the black tin to the white tin.

Finaly when i followed up again the mug (also included as a free welcome gift) was a stock issue and that is the reason my order is delayed but rest assured its back in stock and will be picked by the warehouse and shipped out.

I requested a specific confirmation from the support agent on which day the intended shipment would be sent assuming that his initial update of being sent this week or within two days was just annoying at this time and was only told that he didn't want to make empty promises as if all the previous shipments were a guarantee?

I cancelled the subscription before even having the chance to taste the coffee and at this point its worth not being lied to.

Great Heart, Great Coffee

The mixed bundle coffee pods are absolutely lovely, easily some of the best I’ve ever bought.
However, I left a pretty excoriating review due to what felt like endless delays with my decaf order. Since then, I’ve heard directly from the owner, Jonathan, who gave a very open and honest explanation. It seems a number of things went wrong at once, many of them outside his control.
Jonathan took the time to contact me personally, apologise and talk through what had happened, which I really appreciated. That level of care and accountability has restored my faith in both the company and customer service more generally, and made me realise I was too quick to be critical in the first place.
My order is now on its way and I’m really looking forward to enjoying the decaf pods.

What coffee??

Ordered on 06th April after seeing an advert, and im still awaiting delivery now 4th may. For the last week when ive contacted them, i get a reply saying its been posted with a tracking number, almost sent with attitude, no apologies. The tracking number shows its still jot even in this country. Only when i challenge this do i get any sort of apology. Avoid. If the coffee is anything like their customer service and ability to fulfil an order, its going to be crap

I am very picky about coffee....

I am very picky about coffee, not least because it can upset my stomach. Coffydoor is fabulous! Great taste, value and speedy delivery. I cannot recommend highly enough. Well done Coffydoor!

Ordered 20 April against advertised…

UPDATED : upgraded from 1 to 3 stars. After several weeks delay I got my coffee. To be fair to the owner, he contacted me personally about the reasons for the delay and accepted that for a subscription coffee service it was not good. They refunded my order and cancelled the subscription but allowed me to keep the coffee. It’s actually decent coffee when you get it , and I may choose to resubscribe when the reviews here show that weeks of logistical delays are a thing of the past.

Ordered 20 April against advertised delivery 3-5 days. No delivery. Two emails from them blaming supply issues and change of courier service but still nothing even whilst still selling on the same basis. Now I’m wondering if I’ve been scammed but I’ll wait to see. The coffee better be brilliant though or that’s the last they’ll see of me - not exactly the “no-nonsense coffee experience” they suggest.

Coffee is good but it never seems to arrive

Coffee is good but it never seems to arrive, current order was supposed to be shipped 25 days ago, still nothing. The previous order was the same.

Update: Coffydoor followed up after this and really worked hard to put things right. It's still lacking but I hope they do / if they do work hard to put their logistical problems right I think this will be a great product.

I ordered my first subscription of…

I ordered my first subscription of coffydoor I was so pleased with all the coffee pods I ordered and my husband who rarely comments has really enjoyed each one as he only drinks coffee. My next delivery
Y is on its way and so looking forward to receiving them. I would highly recommend the service and the coffee.

Lååånga leveranstider men snabb kundtjänst

Vi skulle testa Coffydoor för att vi ville ha en prenumeration på kaffe men ville först se om kaffet var gott. Första beställningen vi gjorde dröjde, vi väntade i en månad men sedan fick vi mail om att de säkrat upp sina leveranskedjor och att detta var en engångs företeelse. Sådant kan ju absolut hända så vi ville ge de en ny chans för kaffet var gott. Vi la en till beställning i början av mars och nu är april snart slut och vi har fortfarande inte fått vårt kaffe. Kundtjänst svarade fort på våra mail.
UPDATE: Coffydoor fixade en rimlig och godtagbar kompensation och kaffet blev hemlevererat!
