Tried Coffydoor recently and had a great experience. You can tell they’re still growing, but the quality and attention to detail are already there. Definitely a concept with a lot of potential!

Arguably one of the best coffee products I’ve tried. Safe to say I’m hooked and loving it!

Ordered coffee on subscription on April 18th. expecting it to be delivered, as indicated, in a few days. I am still waiting & keep on receiving generic “Sorry for delay” emails. If they were having supply problems, why heavily advertise the service?
I have now cancelled my subscription & requested a full refund.
I was really looking forward to trying out this company, shame.

Ordered the “pod adopter “, eventually arrived. Some logistics issues, Coffeydoor addressed my initial concerns.
Adopter arrived on May 14, to quell my displeasure they reimbursed my purchase.
They referred to operating issues a lot, but I was really not interested.
The box could explain the different stickers and whether they are replaceable!
They couldn’t get my name correctly!

That was my 3rd order from coffydoor, the first ones weren't fast but this is unacceptable. The order was confirmed on the 7th of March 2026. I contacted the support around 1 month later and they told me they are waiting the biggest batch of coffee from the rostery. I can accept that, the question is. Why do you confirm an orden if you don't have enough stock and why do you debit the money if you can't deliver?
Few days ago (it's almost 2 whole months) I contacted the support for a refund and they said to me the orders is already been packed but carrier is expiriensing hight demand. That means. That means the order is at the moment more than 5 days in house and the carrier can't pick it up? Sorry but if this is true, you should change a carrier...
Now about the coffee, the coffee is perfekt, only if you get it. Hope the future packages arrive on time

Update: Someone from the company got in contact with me and explained me the situation. Now that everything is resolved I change the review to 5 stars.

After a good wait my coffee finally arrived. Company contacted me apologised and explained the issues. They refunded 20% of the bill and checked in with to make sure the product was eventually arrived
A small start up that’s trying to grow sent me some lovely coffee and an adaptor for my machine that worked well.
Well done to everyone and let’s hope you can grow slowly and steadily so you can fulfil your orders

Ordered on April 13th, 10 days ago. Since then no change in my order status at all: "We're preparing these items for shipping."
Website states they send within 2 to 5 work days.
I got 3 marketing emails from them in the meantime.

After writing this review customer serive contacted me personally and explained the delay.

I'm willing to give it a chance, so starting with this bad initial expirience I'll go up to 3*.
With fast delivery now and great taste I'm more than willing to go up to 5; pricing is really fair if they ship for this price and it tastes anywhere near as they describe.
Or I'll down to 1 again, if there still isn't any progress.

UPDATE: Even after personal contact and promise to be as fast as possible from now on it took almost another 2 weeks.

I just wanted to leave this 3 star rating here but after letting it sit for a while I feel, that that isn't justified, so here is the rest of my review:

I tried both the regular lungo pure and with milk and the espresso as a coffee latte with cow- and with almond milk.

In any case the coffee tasted much (!) worse than some of the regular (non flavoured) lungo and espresso blends of the big company I tried to avoid with this. I also like the breakfast blend of the Seattle company way better.

Overall I drank 4 of the pods. Same review from my wife. We won't drink any more and trash the rest. The coffee just doesn't taste any good imho.

Overall underwhelming, cannot recommend and sure won't be ordering again.
