I had a very disappointing experience with Pavago. Communication and support from staff were extremely poor, especially when issues arose with the client I was assigned to. During a one-on-one meeting with Pavago, I explained that I was having payment issues, but instead of support or understanding, the representative I spoke with, Victoria, was very aggressive and dismissive. She focused more on what the client claimed rather than listening to my concerns or acknowledging the work I had done.

The client, Save Energy Systems, was very rude and disrespectful throughout my employment. I personally built many of their processes from scratch — I introduced Hubstaff, created training decks, developed an employee handbook from the ground up, and handled tasks far outside my contract duties. Despite this, both I and other employees were spoken to disrespectfully by the owners, including the use of expletives. They would also constantly contact me on my days off. These concerns were reported to Pavago multiple times, but nothing was ever done.

What made the experience worse was the complete lack of empathy from Pavago. It felt like they only cared about keeping the client happy and not protecting or supporting their employees at all.

My contract also stated that after leaving, I was entitled to 4 weeks of pay. I never took PTO or sick leave during my employment. After I left, I even received email notifications showing that 2 weeks of pay had been sent by the client, yet Pavago never transferred those funds to my account.

Overall, this was a very frustrating and unfair experience, and I would not recommend working through Pavago.
