I must have used gallons (slight exageration) of their ink for my Epson. Never a problem with getting the cartridges to work. I do use a "zapper" but I don't know if that is important. Odered 19 December delivered 20 December. What's to complain about

Using Prink for 11 years now, really helpful if I have cocked something up or having some difficulty. Cheap and Flexible, such as allowing a mix of cartridges, I had quite a few yellows and blacks left so I was able to just order what I needed (Magenta and Cyan). There's a review saying they were rude. After all this time using Prink I just don't believe it!

Do not us this company. They do not honour the "Satisfaction guaranteed" claim on their website, quite the reverse. and from other reviews on this site, our experience is not unique. There are other suppliers of equally reliable cartridges. They supplied the wrong products for our stock of 4 sets of Epson DX7400 cartridges but have refused to replace them or even apologise for their mistake, just sent us a link and told us to order them again. Due to Covid etc it took over a year for us to use one, thereby finding they did not work and realise Prink had made a mistake. Since it was clearly their error, we asked Prink to replace them but were amazed at the arrogant dismissal of our request Graham Taylor, the Managing Director in person, even when we suggest we would accept only two sets, as a generous concession on our part.

He has never denied that his company made the mistake but used every excuse in the book to refuse. First he said that such errors should be reported within 48 hours, then he said they were outside warranty, and he continued to refuse, despite us pointing out that such conditions do not absolve him of a his legal responsibility to supply what was ordered. He even implied that, if we were to approach trading standards or file a claim in the small claims court, he would deny that he had supplied the products that were the subject of our claim.

He is clearly relying of the fact that we would not bother to pursue the matter and the fact that we are 200 miles from his store.

Our worst experience in many years of otherwise reliably buying on line.

After buying Epson compatible cartridges from other companies without any successful results, I came across Prink and as they offered a guarantee, I decided to give it one last go at getting my printer to accept a cheaper alternative.
Communication was good and my inks arrived in just a few days.
I was somewhat skeptical that they would work but they did!
I'm absolutely delighted with these inks and will look no further when I need more.

Have ordered my compatible ink cartridges from Prink for many years. Always excellent for value, product quality, speed of delivery and communication. Would definitely recommend this company.

Best just Avoid , better and cheaper options out there

This is about the third time I have used this company. The delivery time is very good. Cartridges contain more ink and are less than half of the price than the ones recommended by the printer manufacturer. Will keep on using

A regular customer for 9 years with a fair usage of cartridges for the 2 Epson Printers I have used during that time. Of the 100's of cartridges used I have not had one faulty cartridge. A couple of 'suspects' proved OK when reinserted. With fair pricing and prompt free delivery I have no reason to consider another supplier.

compared to other ink suppliers, PRINK inks give Bright Vivid colour and reliability.

This company has very competive prices coupled with a quick delivery but they are not good if there is a problem. Several years ago I had a Canon printer and used Prink all the time. Then one set would not work at all. I was firmly told it was not their product but my fault.
This year I purchased a Canon printer and thought that I would give Prink another chance. The first two sets were fine however the recent one was not as only the black worked. Instead of just replacing them as a proper company would do, I just on receiving instruction after instruction on what to look for. In the end I just got fed up and binned the lot and bought some from another company which worked fine.

I have used Prink for many years and found them to be econimical, efficient and helpful. My most recent contact concerned an Epson printer that had suffered at the the hands of a firmware update and wouldn't accept compatibles. Graham at prink told me that their compatible cartridges work with any firmware up to the present date, so I trusted him and bought a set and it resurrected my printer (I discarded my old cartridges that were a problem) Thank you to Prink, Graham, and I will spread the word and continue to use Prink for all my ink requirements.
