I accidentally placed my original…
I accidentally placed my original Planet Tax Free form in a Global Blue mailbox at Helsinki Airport, and I was very worried because the original customs-stamped form was required for the refund.
Planet’s customer service was prompt, kind and reassuring throughout the process. They created a case for me, kept me informed, and eventually confirmed that my form had been successfully received and processed. They also prioritized my refund payment.

No refunds. Just excuses, including it takes a month to process.
Submitted validated forms from customs and credit card information. A week later still waiting for the credit. Planet is taking my money and investing it short term (30 days).
Same trip used Global Blue and received refund the same day.
If you have a choice never use them.
Response received the next day. "We would be happy to review this in more detail for you, so please provide us with additional information via the request we've made through Trustpilot."
I never received a request or any detail, via email or Trustpilot, as to what additional information they would like. So I have no idea what Planet wants for additional information. I suggest they send a specific request to my email which they have,
