Scammers! Two months on still refund is not received, chat box out of service. How do companies like this exist and make business in Europe?
Yeah right bot replies. Your staff throws our personal and credit card details like crap around at the airport and you expect to find my details. God knows in whose trash bin it ended (best case scenario)
My full name is Charikleia Pyrpasopoulou. I dropped off two receipts for refund from Icewear at the airport in Keflavik on July 21 late in the evening. A very rude lady at the refund counter took them, threw them to bin behind her and said I would receive the refund in 6 weeks. Well, guess what happened.

My experience at Marco Polo airport in…
My experience at Marco Polo airport in Venice was fine, but I have not received my refund. The website says that my ticket number does not exist; I have pictures of all the paperwork, and even asked Planet at another airport to look into the issue and they say only Marco Polo airport can look into what happened. I would greatly appreciate being contacted by someone who can look at this.

I had two tax refund transactions with…
I had two tax refund transactions with Planet.
Firrst it took very long time for them to confirm on the refund, which is over 2 monthes, while with the other company the refund was processed within 6 weeks.
Secondly when I try to contact customer service there is no communication channel at all. The only feedback is "Planet is not responsible" "Planet is an agent of local customs " and asked me to contact local customs. You dont take any responsibility in this tax refund process?
I dont underdstand this.

No proof the refund was processed, I checked with my bank no refund was processed Won’t use them again and they don’t provide any proof the payment was made and no support what’s so ever

Exceptional help from Benedetta at Fiumicino Airport
I went to the Planet counter at Fiumicino Airport to complete my tax-free refund and encountered a complex problem. The store where I bought a pair of sneakers had issued the tax-free form with incorrect personal details: it listed my grandmother’s name instead of my mother’s, and the passport number was incomplete. I only noticed the issue on my way to the airport, and I knew that I would not be able to receive the refund with an incorrect form.
Although she was assisting several customers and handling multiple issues at once, Benedetta was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She asked me to be patient and, after I had unsuccessfully tried to reach the store, offered to call them herself. They sent a new form by email, but Benedetta spotted another passport-number mistake: the letter O and the number 0 had been switched. She contacted them again and requested another correction.
As soon as the correct form arrived, Benedetta completed the entire refund process. She went far beyond what I expected and turned a very stressful situation into a resolved one. Thank you, Benedetta, for your professionalism, patience, and persistence.
