I had a problem with my tax free form which was filled in wrong by the Goyard store. Your agent Nico was amazing and got in contact with the store and fixed everything for me! It’s very rare to find someone as helpful is Nico these days.

What a wondeful service idea!
The VIP VAT refund provided by Chanel boutique and executed by Planet.
Jiaqi has been exceptional. Prompt and clear in communications! She contacted me a day before and provided all nessasary information for preflight arrangements in the airport. She also helped me before and after securuty with customs! It can be intimidating traveling with valuable items - Jiaqi made that experiense a breeze!

Still no refund received at all.
I posted the tax-free form on August 19. On September 1, the status updated to "Refund details updated," but as of October 8, the refund has still not been issued.
This is way too slow!
