All good at the end but It was hard to use the site when check for forms, i did not know that i had to add manual ( because other company always show the shopping summary at the same time) but after that, all smooth and easy. Need to work on the site and application i guess. But good work, quick response.

I never received my refund
I never received my refund! It says it’s been processed and refund was made but it was NEVER refunded in my credit card as I asked to be done!
