From the initial purchase to receiving the ring the seller was in contact with me and kept me informed every step of the way. It was a gift for my daughter who had her venetian ring broken and I wanted to replace it. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to come to a store in person but this was the next best thing. Truly a wonderful buying experience. The ring is amazing. Will definitely purchase from here again. Hopefully, in person next time.

Beware if you are buying from this company and live in the UK as I was given a invoice from the delivery company for an “import tax” of over £50. According to the seller there was nothing he could do. I would disagree. He could have refunded me the value of the import tax. He could have made it clear on his web site there would be an import tax for purchasers from the UK. He chose to do neither so I feel others who may be considering a purchase from this company in the UK need to be made aware before it happens to anyone else.

Very good experience from placing order to receiving. Just one thing. Though I was happy with the product (wine bottle stopper) it looked way more glossy and glamorous in the picture presented! The real thing while impressive was somewhat below what I was expecting! Though as I said I am happy.

Beautiful sculpture- quality product

This is terrible they say 3 sizes for glass pingouns so i order the big size , they show a picture of a big one in the store so i look at it on ETSY so great looks good i order it .My god i receive a 3 inches tall pingoun and it was expensive ad to pay custom fees . I call this a fraud very misleading you do not say something is big wen it is tiny , you do not show a picture of a big pingoun for that price i could have ad an other Murano glass a lot bigger somewere else , Last time shopping there.
