Absolutely lovely, it was easy to order, delivery was free and very quick.
Then box was quite badly damaged, but because it was well packed it wasn’t damaged.

The picture is shown as being for an adult. When i received it , it was for a child. Trick photography and cheating information. What do i do with it now.

Cannot judge yet.You have used UPS as a courier and I have had one delivery not turn up, problems with paying duty ( Brexits fault not yours and I voted to remain ) Rescheduled for Monday so we will see then But how can I decide when I have no goods to deliberate on.

The vase is beautiful. Ordering was easy, and tracking the shipment was prompt in spite of its coming from so far away. (I have one minor complaint, not important enough to subtract a star: The first notice I received, presumably about shipping, was in Italian, without a translation. I have always wanted to learn Italian, but so far I haven’t progressed beyond ordering from a menu. Fortunately, later notices were in English.)

Your company was Great in keeping me informed. You sent a picture of the sculpture, because you did not have the exact one that you showed in your brochure. Upon my approval, you proceeded to actually make the piece. I was quite impressed.
It now sits on my beareau in my bedroom for me to admire!
