I ordered 3 glass pelicans as a remembrance for my schoolmates- as that was our mascot. Only one received theirs. This was at Christmas 2025. I am still trying to get the other 2- it's May 2026! Horrible customer service. They keep saying they will get one out- I did not receive 2 of the 3 I ordered! Very disappointing.

It has been falling apart
The strap fell apart after a couple of months. Now the second hand has fallen off the spindle and blocked movement of the other hands. No response to my email to Muranonet. This was a present to a lady in her 80s, so not subject to any arduous conditions.

wanted something beautiful and unique to celebrate a dear friend's wedding and muranonet had so many wonderful items. When it arrived it was even better than the website portrayed I am very happy with my choice

The glass art had little resemblance to what was on the website. I’m fine with artistic uniqueness but his was so different that it was quite disappointing

However, website listed shipping was included for this item and the confirmation invoice also specified "Free Express Shipping." But company chose a courier service for its international deliveries, which means additional fees WILL be charged to receive your item.
