I ordered a parrot in blue. I decided to change the color to pink.
I sent a request to your customer service to change the color and spoke to Giovanni.
He was very helpful and changed my order so that I will receive the pink one.

Arrived very quickly, well packaged and had an extra gift bag , if you wanted to wrap and give as a gift.
The cherries are a wonderful colour and weight and are even more luscious than the photos suggest. Very happy :)

aquamarine murano owl arrived surprisingly quickly, and undamaged. (don't know exact dates -- late aug., early sept.)
I really like it, but internet pic was more beautiful. Owl seems slightly skinnier and maybe a bit tilted. Maybe it's just your photographer is too good.

Items did not arrive “wrapped w/ sticker” as they usually do . . . Nor were extra “stickers” included as requested to be sure can authenticate to customer.
