Probleme mit GLS gelöst. Top Kundenservice bei Movedancewear
Sowohl am 14.1. (Gespräch mit Yolande) als auch am 15.1. (Gespräch mit Megan), würde ich hervorragend beraten. Sehr zuvorkommend. Und das Problem wurde in beiden Fällen umgehend gelöst.
Auf Seiten des Lieferunternehmens GLS kam es zu großen Fehlern (zweier verschollenen Sendungen). Gänzlich ohne Probleme wurde eine neue Lieferung veranlasst. Am Folgetag entstanden wiederholt Probleme, aufgrund einer unvollständigen und erneut Fehlerhaften Email von GLS, auch diese Probleme konnten die Mitarbeiter im Chat lösen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Kundenservice

Excellent customer service
I ordered a pair of ballet shoes for my daughter and for some reason when I checked my account, I had ordered them twice. Instead of sending out two pairs, Simon at Move Dance emailed me to let me know he’d sent out one pair but kept the other pair back to check if this was correct or if it was an error. When I informed him it was an error, he cancelled the duplicate order and arranged a refund, thereby saving me the hassle of having to return the duplicate pair. In my opinion, customer service at its finest. Thank you so much.

The worst returns process I have ever…
The worst returns process I have ever encountered. I returned shoes a month because they were too small (even though the site states to opt for your usual size if you have doubts). I paid for delivery and they also make you pay for the return. I still haven’t received my money. And they state easy returns on their site. If this is easy, I don’t know what not easy is.
Never going to order anything from them again or recommend their site to anyone.

They have a great selection and special program for teachers as well. Any questions I had were easily answered with their customer service representative (Marion) via their chat messenger. I can easily recommend them to the dance students and teachers I work with regularly.
