Awful customer service and misleading website
Ordered crop top for a costume, said 1-2 days delivery. I was then emailed the day after to say it’s ‘custom made’ and will be 3 weeks. Costumer services did not answer the phone over the period so I couldn’t cancel it. Arrived too late to use them was refused a return as it was ‘custom made’ (a plain crop top size 11- no personalisation at all).

Excellent customer service. I have used them for many years and found items are always well stocked, great quality and delivery has always been prompt. Their customer service has been above and beyond . My daughter lost a buckle from her character shoe and they are sending me another one free of charge. I will continue to support this business and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Pedido realizado el 25 de marzo y a día 9 de abril aún no recibido.
El coste de envío fue de 15,95€, lo cual considero elevado para el servicio ofrecido, especialmente teniendo en cuenta la demora y la falta de actualizaciones claras desde que el paquete llegó al país el 2 de abril.
Espero recibir una solución o al menos información más precisa sobre el estado del pedido.
Actualización: el pedido fue finalmente entregado, aunque con retraso. Agradezco la respuesta recibida, pero el servicio no estuvo a la altura del coste del envío.

El retraso y la falta de actualizaciones claras no es la experiencia que queremos ofrecer, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el coste del envío. Siento sinceramente las molestias que esto te está causando.
Si el paquete llegó al país el 2 de abril, es posible que en este momento se encuentre en proceso de aduana o de última entrega con el transportista, lo que a veces puede generar demoras y menos actualizaciones de seguimiento de las habituales.
Aun así, me gustaría revisarlo contigo en detalle para poder darte una información más precisa sobre el estado de tu pedido. ¿Podrías enviarme tu número de pedido, por favor?

Quite fast delivery but sizes all wrong. The slowest company I’ve ever dealt with to process returns - I returned my shoes on March 20th with Evri and still no refund on April 9. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered by phone the next time - still sent the wrong size and now awaiting a second refund. Staff are like talking to chat bots - pleasant but totally ineffective. Sorry but overall I’ve had a really frustrating experience!

Receiving incorrect sizes, followed by delays in refunds, is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers. Refunds are normally processed once returned items are received and checked by a member of our warehouse team. While there can occasionally be delays during busy periods, this is usually completed within 10 working days for UK returns and 20 working days for international returns.
I can look into both of your refunds and make sure they are prioritised and processed as quickly as possible as soon as I receive the information requested I've sent you through Trustpilot.
I’m also very sorry that your interactions with our team have felt ineffective, that is not the standard we aim to provide, and your feedback is being taken very seriously.

Mi dispiace per il disagio! Al momento in cui hai effettuato l’ordine, purtroppo l’articolo non era disponibile in magazzino. Abbiamo quindi dovuto richiederlo al fornitore, ma siamo felici di avertelo spedito già una settimana dopo.

Parcel is at the same spot for a month!
I have ordered a pair of dance tights but never received the parcel. The tracking number indicates that the parcel never left the UK! Move dance has an automated chat bot which is not user friendly! The company replied to my review on this platform but still has not reached back with news about the lost parcel or giving me a refund!

Very bad customer service, they don’t solve problems and they don’t follow up, the returned a shipment coz they provided wrong information to courier and until now i didn’t get back my money i made another order and tracking number is not working and they didn’t give me any solution

Article commandé début février, expédié et avis de livraison pour le 11/03. 👀… et ça s arrête là .. pas de réception du colis, et personne n est capable de me dire où est mon colis et ce qu il se passe .. hallucinant !
