I ordered Capezio dance shoes
I ordered Capezio dance shoes, the website advises to order usual uk size. I ordered size 6 but was sent 6.5 which turned out to be more like a size 4 or 5. Customer services do not answer the phone so I had to explain all of this on an online conversation with Yolande. Although apologetic I was told that they don't do exchanges and that I would need to return the shoes and reorder but was given no advice what size to order to match a uk6, I was only asked what size I wanted the shoe label to show!! I have now ordered from Planet Dancewear where someone actually answered the phone and went to a lot of trouble to establish what size I needed to order to match my Uk size.

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner cero. Es un despropósito lo de esta empresa. Realicé una compra por dos maillots por la cula me cobraron 6,95 euros de envío, lo cual me parece una barbaridad hoy en día, pero bueno, acepté las condiciones. Al llegar (que por cierto tardaron 1 semana) no les valían por lo tanto realicé una devolución por la cual te deducen otros 4 euros del dinero que te devolverán. La devolución llegó al lugar de destino el 17/04 a día de hoy sigo esperando por la devolución. Cuando para el día 22/04 me cansé de esperar y escribo me responden que claro, que tiene que llegar a sus instalaciones en otro país y que hasta el 12/05 nada. Perdón?? Después de pensarlo acabo escribiendo por PayPal para informar del problema el día 1/05. Casualidades de la vida el día 2/05 me responden que ya está hecho el reembolso que si se pagó con PayPal estará prácticamente de manera inmediata reflejado y en tarjeta de 3-5 días laborables. A día de hoy, 6/05 sigo sin ver reflejado nada en PayPal, es más, he elevado una disputa. Son unos impresentables. Y es más, los maillots que llegaron no eran nada especial que no se pueda encontrar en una tienda de baile en tu ciudad. Lo hice por logística y comodidad pero a la vista está que está siendo bastante incómodo. Espero que si pueden elegir otra tienda no compren en esta.

Hemos revisado su caso y el reembolso ya fue procesado. El retraso se debió a la disputa abierta en PayPal antes de que la devolución pudiera finalizarse correctamente.
Tal y como se indica en nuestras condiciones de devolución, los gastos de envío y la etiqueta de devolución se aplican en casos de devolución de artículos no defectuosos.
Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas y agradecemos sus comentarios.

Absolut miserabler Service, ACHTUNG
Nachdem ich eine Bestellung mit verfärbten Artikeln erhalten habe, wendete ich mich umgehend an den Kundenservice. Per Telefon erreicht man grundsätzlich niemanden. Man versprach mir per email schnell' Abhilfe und ich sollte die Rücksendebestätigung per email schicken, dann würden umgehend neue Schuhe geschickt werden. Dies tat ich umgehend noch am selben Tag. Ab dem Moment keine Antwort mehr. Ich sendete mehrere Emails, versuchte über die Webseite Hilfe zu erhalten, Fehlalarm.
fast 2 Wochen später erreichte in jemanden im Kundenchat, der mir sagte meine Emails seien leider ÜBERSEHEN worden- bei 5 Emails und mehreren KundenserviceAnfragen innerhalb 1,5 Wochen, kann ich mir das nicht vorstellen. Nun fast 2 Wochen wollte man sich um eine neue Bestellung kümmern. Ich hoffe sehr diese kommt an.
Absolut unseriöser Laden, sobald eine Beschwerde reinkommt, wird der Kunde übersehen und es wird nicht wie versprochen Abhilfe geschaffen.

Ich verstehe sehr gut, wie frustrierend es ist, insbesondere wenn Sie mehrfach versucht haben, uns zu kontaktieren, ohne zeitnah eine Antwort zu erhalten.
In sehr seltenen Fällen kann es vorkommen, dass eine Nachricht bei einem hohen Anfrageaufkommen übersehen wird. Zudem werden neue E-Mails im System manchmal als neue Tickets erfasst und dadurch erneut in die Warteschlange eingeordnet, was die Bearbeitung zusätzlich verzögern kann.
Ich entschuldige mich aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten und versichere Ihnen, dass Ihr Anliegen nun aktiv weiterverfolgt wird.

Ik heb de chat om advies gevraagd welke danslegging (thight) ik nodig had om mijn tattoo te verbergen. Link doorgestuurd gekregen en 3 stuks besteld. 2 daarvan geopend en bleken doorschijnend. Kan ik niks mee. Contant opgenomen en de ongeopende legging retour gestuurd met de belofte van een full refund (De geopende mocht ik weg doen ivm hygiëne.- ) volledige terugbetaling van de bestelling. Echter is alleen de niet geopende terugbetaald. Waardeloze service. Daarna nog meermaals contant opgenomen en niks terug gekregen. Waardeloos
