Had some great customer service from this company. They answered all my questions quickly and resulted in the perfect fit shoes arriving at my door. Fast delivery and easy to use website. Would 100% recommend. I will definitely be using again.

I paid extra for Saturday delivery. As I write this now it is 22:40 on Saturday, and still no delivery. When I had the dispatched email there was no courier information, nothing. I have emailed and awaiting response. I wish I had checked out Trustpilot now before I ordered. I will be wanting a refund for sure.

Bought Roch Valley Economy Ballet Tights for my 3 year old, who is small for her age so I ordered age 1-2. The sizing is way off! These tights are exactly the same size as a pair of age 3-4 that she already has, which hang off her in length and circumference. Very disappointing but not worth the effort of returning as it's the smallest size on offer.

Really disappointed, ordered my wee girls new dance clothes and shoes on Thursday, paid £10.95 for Saturday delivery and it hasn't arrived.no contact to advise of delivery being late, no details of which courier company to contact and obviously the company only work Monday to Friday so there is no response from them. Really not good enough service when I have a 6 year old asking constantly where her stuff is.

I’m absolutely chuffed! Wanted a Bloch bag for my daughter. I found it on this website, with a quicker delivery time than most dance wear shops were offering and cheaper too!
It came within 48hours and chuffed with the bag! Great customer service, great prices, great delivery. Will DEFINITELY be using you guys again!

Purchased dance shoes but too small. Returned using the postage slip provided by this company but apparently delivered to the wrong address. Not our problem they said unwilling to do anything to help. They have the details of where it was delivered in their area could they not just go and retreive? Very upsetting experience.

I experienced outstanding service from Dancewear Central when ordering Fuego dance shoes. I ordered two pairs, taking advice from the website that the shoes come up small. When they arrived, unfortunately neither pair was quite right, and I decided to return them and order a size up. I received both the refund and the new order two days later, which really exceeded my expectations, considering I had dropped off the return late in the day. This was quite an expensive purchase so receiving the refund in such a short time put my mind at rest. Judging from this experience I would highly recommend Dancewear Central.

Excellent customer care, rapid responses to enquiries too. I had an issue with a faulty shoe and Dancewear Central sorted it immediately. I am very impressed.

Went on their website to order a ballet outfit for my little girl, I was initially attracted to the bundle option: leotard, wrap skirt, ballet shoes and socks and made the purchase. When I received the items the skirt was missing. I called the helpdesk who informed me the skirt was out of stock until mid July which wasn’t any use as I needed it this week. I was not informed when I ordered the bundle nor when the items were dispatched which was disappointing as I wouldn’t have initially ordered it if it was missing the skirt. I was then informed if I would need to pay for postage a second time to return the unwanted items as I would need to buy a skirt elsewhere and couldn’t promise they would be the same shade of pink!!
Very disappointing to say the least I have had to pay for delivery and return postage which is through no fault of my own- I have nothing to show for it all because they neglected to inform me the item was out of stock!

I purchased 2 new pairs of Roch Valley dance shoes, from Dance Wear Central, 1 being Greek Glitter Silver dance shoes at £34.95 on 28th August 2024. I also purchased 4 other pairs of RV dance shoes from elsewhere. After wearing the Greek shoes for perhaps a maximum of 6 times, they came apart and are now unwearable. Dance Wear Central said unfortunately they were out of warranty after 6 months. Roch Valley in turn said they couldn't help as not purchased directly from them. So I'm left with dance shoes which were obviously faulty in the beginning, with no resolution.

I ordered my dance shoes and was delighted when they arrived much sooner than expected! They were slightly small so I returned them and re-ordered a larger size - again, the delivery was super-speedy. I wanted to check the status of my refund and to my surprise, I was able to call Dancewear Central and speak to a member of the team, who answered the phone immediately. This is so rare these days when you are often faced with chatbots or no-response emails. The lady on the phone was polite and incredibly helpful, informing me when my refund would be processed. Fantastic service all round from Dancewear Central!

Ordered my basic ballet shoes and my ballet tights from here for the first time yesterday afternoon! Without next day shipping they arrived this afternoon! My shoes and tights are great! Super speedy delivery and great quality!

Cannot fault my experience, the most helpful customer service over the phone. Very efficient and knowledgeable in discussing my query and left me feeling confident in my purchase. Genuinely can't recommend them enough for all your dance needs!

I ordered two pairs of ballet shoes, and only one was sent, and no refund or explanation given for the missing pair. I also ordered 4 pairs of Silky ballet tights; these all failed on first time of wearing with ladders or holes at top of legs. When I complained I was given a refund for the missing ballet shoes which were apparently out of stock, but no one had informed me of this. I was not offered a refund for the ballet tights but told I must send them back with returns form, so it could be assessed whether there was a manufacturing fault. I feel I should be offered an immediate refund for these inadequate tights which cost £8 per pair, I had sent photos but this company are insisting I have to return the tights causing a big delay in getting a refund, and adding greatly to the inconvenience already caused. I am really unimpressed with the service and quality provided by this company, and will not be ordering from them again.

Excellent customer service; second to none! I have had two speedy deliveries having had to return a pair of shoes that were too small and have them replaced by a bigger size. I spoke to Storm a few times and she goes the extra mile to answer queries and assist. Thank you, highly recommended.

I purchased from them a number of weeks ago and had a great experience so have recently purchased again. I had to call about the items and had a discussion with a lovely lady called Storm. I said I was surprised by the previous bad reviews having had such a great experience myself and was told about their new computer system and the issues it created during November / December last year. That explains a lot and fully endorse their current customer service levels! Thanks and will buy again.

Great service! I called asking what leotards would fit a ladies size 16 and the person who took the call checked and came to me with 2 options available in my size.
I placed the order online on Friday lunchtime and the order arrived the next day!
