Can't understand the one star reviews. We had excellent service and other reviw sites give five stars.
We couldn't find these Bloch dance shoes in stock anywhere before Christmas and prices quoted were sky high. Saw these on Move Dance for literally half the price of Amazon but was apprehensive because of the reviews on Trip Advisor but took a chance anyway. These brand new shoes came within 2 working days and communications were excellent.

Item not as described, poor customer service
I ordered a pair of Bloch Boost trainers in the Black Friday sale. Despite the website instructing you to to buy your usual street size and they will convert to the right Bloch size, the pair that arrived were far too small (and the measurement didn't match what was printed on the tongue). The company refused to do an exchange despite the fact that the trainers were not as described, instead insisting that I needed to return and buy again (which would be more expensive without the sale). When I explained the discrepancy in measurements, they stopped replying to me. Out of principle I will be returning all items bought from this seller and not buying from them again.

Don’t use this company,when ordering items needed for specific dates or dance shows
.
On 19/11/25 ,I placed an order for 2 pairs of dance shoes to be delivered by 48 hour tracked delivery with Royal Mail.Both pairs of shoes were needed for specific dance shows.1 pair should have arrived within a tracked 48 hour delivery,arriving in plenty of time for my first dance show 28/11/25.They didn’t arrive &today 3/12/25…no delivery of the shoes.Which are no longer needed as I had to purchase a pair locally for 28/11/25.
I have now received another email for the 2nd pair of shoes to say the shoes are delayed &will not be dispatched until 11/12/25…the day of my dance show,yet again I will nee to purchase some locally.
I’m now fighting for a full refund for non delivered shoes.

Paire de bottines à 230€ commandée pour passer une audition et des spectacle en décembre. Commande effectuée il y a un mois et toujours aucune date d’expédition mentionnée par contre l’argent lui a bien été encaissé depuis longtemps !

Je suis vraiment désolée pour cette situation et comprends parfaitement votre frustration.
Le 17/11, ma collègue a demandé un suivi auprès de notre fournisseur concernant votre commande. Malheureusement, dans votre cas, le fournisseur n’a cessé de repousser la date d’expédition.Nous dépendons malheureusement de la fiabilité de notre fournisseur et de la disponibilité de leur stock, ce qui peut parfois entraîner ce type de retard.
Soyez assurée que nous faisons tout notre possible pour que vos bottines soient expédiées dans les plus brefs délais. Nous comprenons l’importance de recevoir votre commande à temps pour vos auditions et spectacles et mettons tout en œuvre pour résoudre cette situation rapidement.

Terrible experience
After more than a month, I still haven’t received my refund for order #4042441 (return ID 7C4964H076501, dated 14 October 2025 and confirmed as delivered back to them on 17 October).
I had to return the item because the size was incorrect. Despite the tracking showing it was received on 17 October, today is 16 November and I still have not been refunded.
I have sent multiple emails but have received no response. I am still waiting for updates and for my refund to be processed. This lack of professionalism, seriousness, and transparency is very disappointing.

Thank you for your message, and I completely understand your frustration regarding the delay with your refund. I’ve looked into your email address but unfortunately, I couldn’t find any previous emails from you in our system. An investigation will be open to understand why we haven't received any of your emails.
I’m very sorry for the inconvenience and the stress this has caused.
As stated on our website, returns can take up to 20 working days to be processed. In your case, you posted your parcel on 15/10, so under normal circumstances, it should have been processed by 12/11. However, we only received your parcel on 17/11. By that time, a PayPal dispute had already been created, which prevented us from issuing an automatic refund, and this caused an additional delay.
I can see that since then, you’ve been in contact with one of my colleagues via chat, and I’m pleased to confirm that your refund has now been successfully processed.
I completely understand that this situation was disappointing, and I sincerely appreciate your patience while we resolved it.

Dopo aver contattato l’assistenza sono riusciti a spedire il pacco 5 giorni dopo che l’avevo ordinato.
Ho fatto il reso di un paio di mezze punte, la qualità non era buona. Ho fatto il reso quasi un mese fa, ancora non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso. Mi auguro di ricevere un riscontro al più presto, altrimenti di nuovo ricorrerò ad aprire una causa su paypal per ricevere il rimborso.

Il tuo reso è ancora in elaborazione e può richiedere fino a 20 giorni lavorativi dal momento della spedizione. Abbiamo visto che hai inviato il reso il 20/10, quindi ti chiediamo gentilmente di attendere fino al 17/11.
Riceverai un’email di conferma appena il reso sarà completato. I rimborsi su carta di credito o debito possono richiedere 3–5 giorni lavorativi, mentre quelli su PayPal vengono accreditati subito.
