This company is incompetent, it has no customer service. After a week waiting for a next day delivery, they do not respond to multiple emails and messages - I feel they are a scam and doubt that I will get my money back.
For me and my experience - go elsewhere, in this day and age for any company that responds with an urgent complaint and situation with we will respond within 2 days and has not, after many attempts, is not a company fit to sell online and take peoples money !!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m very sorry for the frustration caused by the delay and the lack of response you experienced. I completely understand how disappointing it is when an order doesn’t arrive as expected, especially when you were relying on it for a specific date.
I’d like to clarify that we aim to respond to emails within around two working days, in the order they are received. Sometimes, multiple messages on the same enquiry can unintentionally delay our reply, and I apologise if this added to your frustration.
I can confirm that a full refund has been processed for your order. Depending on your bank, this should appear on your original payment method shortly.
Once again, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and for the negative experience this caused. We truly value our customers and are committed to learning from situations like this to improve our service.

It is said that for EU orders the cost of the return service starts from 2,95€ depending on the Country you are returning from... It turned out that if you are from Finland they don't offer any subsidised returns mail services, the cost of returning unwanted items would be borne by customer. This was applied also even though they sent the wrong pair of shoes and in wrong size (33,5 instead of 36). Tried to ask how much they would be willing to subsidise the return cost in this case if I send unwanted items with the wrong pair, but the answer was that I can keep the wrong pair. It is nice to get refund for the wrong pair (should be on my credit card now), but what do I do with 33,5 heels.

As we discussed via email, the shoes we sent you were the incorrect size, and we understand that returning them from Finland would be costly. Because of this, we offered that you could keep the wrong pair at no charge, while still receiving a full refund for your original order.

Ho fatto un reso per un body il due dicembre 2025. Ho iniziato a sollecitare una volta che ho ricevuto la notifica che il pacco è stato consegnato ma non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. E' molto difficile comunicare con l'azienda: devi mandare una mail dal loro sito, sono veloci a comunicarti che hanno ricevuto la mail e che ti risponderanno. Ma poi la risposta tarda ad arrivare. Il 29/12/25 mi avevano detto di aspettare fino al 05/01/26. Ma non è arrivato nulla. Il 14/01/26 ho sollecitato nuovamente e non ho ancora ricevuto nessuna informazione. Sono molto delusa da questo trattamento.
Aggiornamento del 21/01/26: in piena onestà e obiettività della mia recensione, ho poi ricevuto il rimborso per il reso effettuato; e ringrazio l'azienda per questa correttezza migliorando la valutazione complessiva.

Poor sizing advice and returns process
Wish I’d read reviews first! Similar to others followed advice on the website to order shoe size. Maybe it’s an issue with the Bloch label but as others have said the shoes that turned up were far too small. You can’t exchange, you have to return for refund and buy again, a great way to get you to pay more not honour the original price. 15 days after returning no refund. After using online chat to be fair Megan sorted a refund (hence 2 stars not minus score it should have been!) Wouldn’t recommend sorry, you need to honour prices and implement a prompt exchange process, clearly my experience mirrors that of others.

Ewig lange Lieferzeiten und Rückerstattung
Habe zum ersten und letzen Mal dort bestellt. Mich hat die tolle Auswahl und die günstigen Preise gelockt, aber die Lieferung dauert EWIG und von der Rücksendung will ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Dadurch dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt auf Rechnung bezahlen ist es nochmal nerviger dass die Erstattung ebenso ewig dauert (bis heute nichts bekommen). Super langsam alles, im Jahre 2026 schon ein Hammer.
