Very bad customer service, they don’t solve problems and they don’t follow up, the returned a shipment coz they provided wrong information to courier and until now i didn’t get back my money i made another order and tracking number is not working and they didn’t give me any solution

Article commandé début février, expédié et avis de livraison pour le 11/03. 👀… et ça s arrête là .. pas de réception du colis, et personne n est capable de me dire où est mon colis et ce qu il se passe .. hallucinant ! À part me dire de verifier qu il n est pas été livré chez des voisins 🙃 grosse blague ! Move dance n est pas capable de tracer ses expéditions et d apporter une réponse et solution à ses clients ! Des guignoles !
