Service from order to delivery was excellent

Had a flat battery on the scooter and…
Had a flat battery on the scooter and so called GreenPower up as it was still under warranty. They sent out a lovely engineer called John, who managed to change the batteries over quickly for me, no hassle. He was very polite and punctual, and explained what he was doing as he worked.

Appalling
Appalling, avoid them at all costs. I had my scooter for 4 months. It wouldn't fold back open. I was stranded. I had to wait 3 weeks for an engineer to arrive. Then the engineer said it will take 2-3 weeks for an electrical part they needed. Then another 2-3 weeks for another appointment. They showed no remorse. They didn't offer a replacement whilst I waited. Don't waste your money. Do your research and find a better company! Also the falcon I had said 10 mile radius. It only did 2!

We do, however, want to clarify that our engineer attendances are arranged in line with the quoted timescales provided to customers, and parts can sometimes need to be sourced before a repair can be completed. We appreciate that waiting for a repair can be frustrating, particularly when the scooter is needed for day-to-day mobility, we always do our best to attend as soon as possible.
With regard to the range, the quoted range is based on optimum conditions and can vary considerably depending on factors such as rider weight, terrain, speed, battery condition and usage.
We take all customer feedback seriously and always aim to provide the best possible service.

Dale came out to repair my scooter
Dale came out to repair my scooter and no one could have bettered him. Why, Because he did a good gob and went the extra mile by asking me how I operated the scooter. Well, I thought that I was a very good driver. But he identified a fault that I didn't know I had, (not using the brakes properly) now I use them along with the auto brake.

If i could give this company a 0 i…
If i could give this company a 0 i would. My wife is disabled and her mobility scooter stopped working (only got it 5 months ago). Contacted customer service, told them the issue and said an engineer would be dispatched within 7-10 working days. Disappointed but we accepted it reluctantly.
The engineer arrived today and was unable to fix it as he didnt have a replacement electric box despite us making Green Power aware of the situation.
We have now been told it would take 3-4 weeks for a replacement electric box which means it would be over a month without being able to go out and use the scooter. Completely unacceptable and terrible customer service.
Trading standards will notified if a swift resolution is not actioned.

well made scooter good company quick response to emails
firstly the wrong scooter model was delivered an 800watt instead of 900watt, but that was soon put right
plus was given a free upgrade motor of 1000watt, this and the lithium batteries were fitted by JOSH .B he did a very good job at our property scooter is good so far.

Amazing quality and great delivery service
We ordered a mobility scooter and it came today, the condition of it is immaculate and it’s very comfortable. The delivery guy “saint” Michael, was extremely professional and helpful in explaining everything and made the environment very comfortable and upbeat. Would definitely recommend buying from, thank you to Green power and Michael.

Flat Tyre and service
Called for help when one of my tyres developed a split on the valve resulting in flat Tyre. I’ve had my GP500 for about 2 years without having a service so I rang to see if both jobs could be done and they could. Lovely staff at the end of the phone arranged for a Service Engineer to attend. They rang in advance of the visit to let me know when to expect the engineer. Michael (the Service Engineer) rang me when he was on the way with an estimated time of arrival. Job was done within an hour of arriving with Michael making sure that I was happy with the job. He also gave some hints and tips on care going forward.
I couldn’t be happier with this company both with their staff and their products.

A VERY happy customer...
Bought and paid for it 26th August 2026, upgraded and delivered on 9th September 2026.
I can't thank you all enough. I bought the JH500 and upgraded the tyres to solid, had a locking top box put on and had a bigger motor fitted.
Can't wait to get the opportunity to get out and about on it.
The salesman was James and it was delivered with care and a shown how to use it's features etc by Craig. Both of these guys are a credit to the company and I hope they are given credit for it.
I highly recommend Green Power as a company. Buy from them with confidence.
