Missing tests. Poor customer service.
I would not recommend any testing through Welzo. I had multiple test results missing with the response of one being a technical error and the others saying the importance of sending tests off in the time frame to ensure processing. My tests samples were confirmed as recieved at the lab in under 18 hours from sample, faster than the 24 hour postage they provide. I complained about missing test results and asked for a partial refund to reflect the missing results, which can only be down to lab error as i could prove they were recieved faster than the recommended time frame. I was told I would have to purchase a whole new test with a minimal discount, despite any assurances that the lab technicians would correctly process these. I would not recommend the testing service nor their poor customer service.

I have bought things from Welzo at…
I have bought things from Welzo at least 3 times and paid for the 24 hrs shipping. When my orders were shipped, it was the 48 hrs shipping and my order was sent out 2 days after. I really don’t understand why it can’t be sent out the next day if the order was placed early in the morning.

Welzo advertised Cashback so applied…
Welzo advertised Cashback so applied via Topcashback and should have received £131 cashback on mobility scooter costing £999 - asked Welzo about discounted VAT for disability aids and the lady said already applied so therefore no reason my cashback should have been denied - I contacted Welzo and asked why and pointed out the large amount of cashback offered was what made me decide to buy from them and they did not bother responding - hence I have given them time to respond so now offering an honest review. Feel it is wrong to con disabled OAP's like this so buyer beware and dont get conned like me

Placed an order for a mobility scooter…
Placed an order for a mobility scooter and paid for 24 hour delivery. It has not even been dispatched, as they don't have it in stock to send out, it would appear it is out of stock at the manufacturers uk distribution site so could be weeks.
The site is misleading as they are a market place, so a middle man and don't hold stock. Yes their website says they are a market place but the site looks like a shop site, again misleading. If there is no indication of lack of stock plus the offer of next day delivery what would must people expect? If you can get your call answered they promise to chace but dont get bsck to you. Yhen stop answering your call. Credit company contacted to get my money back.

Did contact welzo team costumer services on the 17th of April, was informed that they will take in consideration and see the status of my order. Still waiting till this day. Never again!!!
Welzo drove me mad. Order #170613. This order returned no result. Robochat said it was insufficient sample and to email Welzo about a new kit. I did that. Only to have my emails read by the head of compliance rather than a customer service assistant. Someone called Anna Phillips can’t be moved to send me a new test kit after 4 emails and documental proof sent regarding my purchase (which was for my partner). I sent the order receipt, the royal mail tracking, QR Code, pdf test result. Still Anna Phillip of Welzo cannot be moved to send me a new test kit. I give up. Worst company ever!

The sauna blanket is Amazing!!
The sauna blanket has been amazing. I listened to a Yoga Nidra whilst using the sauna blanket and I never felt so relaxed and for my ND brain to quieten was really something else.
