Fold up scooter delivered quickly but unfortunately it is too heavy at 16kg for me to lift into my car boot alone! It folds up manually. I was hoping to improve my independence so disappointed! It doesn’t seem very good quality and is only supplied with one battery, not 2! Spare space is empty where the second battery could sit.

We are happy with the scooter but only 4 stars because firstly the silence from receipt email until the one telling us it was being delivered, so on info always makes you worry. secondly there was a little minor damage to the hub caps ( Which has been dealt with By Anna). also the 1st review request came by email before the scooter was delivered and this the second one 3 days after delivery, please give us a chance.

I bought Mont blanc platinum explorer perfume 100ml from them a week ago, it should have arrived the next day but never did. Thankfully I used PayPal pay in three and was refunded promptly. This was the first time using Welzo and will be my last.

The Welzo mobility scooter was exactly what I was looking for. It took me a week to decide to order it as the price was so low. I was expecting a catch. It was easy to order and the scooter arrived within days. So easy to unbox and set up! I love the easy fold up system. I managed to lift it despite my physical problems. I ordered a spare battery as it only had one. A good backup plan. The test run was a great success. Such a huge improvement on my ancient scooter.

I had an issue with my mobility scooter. It stopped moving. First it was a bit complicated to find a helpline but that is my bad I guess. My message was quickly picked up and after sending photos and videos , mobility scooter was moving again. Also another issue was sorted. For some reason one button was missing when I got scooter, I mentioned that to Anna and she got one sent in the post, amazing!
Thank you Anna, for going over and beyond with support and help. Your politeness, speed with response and knowhow was outstanding 👏 👌

Placed order over 3 weeks ago and still no delivery. Emailed each week to ask for an update to be told that it is being chased up. Still no delivery to date.

My experience with Welzo has been very disappointing. There are several important points from my experience of ordering from Welzo that I believe are worth sharing with others:
1. Customer support email responses are essentially automated, and I have not received clear or human, detailed answers.
2. In many orders, tracking numbers are not provided clearly or transparently.
3. For orders over £50, one would expect free and faster delivery, but in reality delivery can take around 7 working days or more.
4. Even when paying for Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery for around £5), in my experience the order still arrived late, often after 72 hours or more.
5. In some cases, the support email listed on the website (support) has not responded or has not provided effective support (based on my personal experience).
6. For medicines/supplements such as Visbiome, delivery is handled via Royal Mail, but there is not enough transparency regarding exact delivery times.
7. Order status is not clearly trackable, and it is often unclear whether the package has even left the warehouse.
8. There is no real-time tracking system or driver location visibility provided.
9. There is no option to upload evidence or screenshots in the support or review system, which limits the ability to properly demonstrate issues.
10. In the past 3 months, this is the second time I have experienced similar problems with delivery and order tracking.
Overall, my experience suggests that the company’s delivery and support system lacks transparency and is not predictable for customers.

In conclusion, if your order is urgent, I would not consider this company reliable. While they may be a legitimate business, in practice the level of transparency, responsiveness, and respect for customer time and expectations is not satisfactory.
I am editing my comment to explain clearly.
The company Welzo sent me a tracking number (YT735643398GB) about 30 hours after my order and said the parcel is on the way.
But when I enter this number on the Royal Mail website, it says the tracking number is invalid or incorrect.
This is confusing and stressful for customers. Please clarify the real status of my order.
Edit 2:
I was offered a discount in exchange for removing my review, which I find completely unprofessional and unacceptable. In addition, the 24-hour delivery advertised on the website has not been fulfilled in practice, and my order has been significantly delayed, pushing it into the weekend and meaning I will only receive it in the middle of next week. This experience has been very disappointing for my stomach health.

I will never buy from you again, because you put my life at risk. Your company is a liar that takes people’s money for a special order and sends it with Royal Mail with garbage quality.
How is it possible that people like me who are ill, who have blood in their stool and suffer from severe constipation and IBS, and need to take probiotics to help digestion and increase living cells that must be kept in a refrigerator, have to deal with a situation where from Thursday to Monday the Visbiome probiotic tablets are kept in the post office? And more importantly, my package is being handled by several people, which is completely unacceptable negligence.
Why is it that I have paid approximately £108, including VIP and premium express delivery, yet there is no dedicated refrigerated transport for such a sensitive product? It is disgusting, and I believe you are operating in violation of UK law in handling such sensitive deliveries.
Your company is extremely unprofessional and suspicious, especially since there is not even a phone number on the website to speak to a real person. This is the second time this has happened.
I will never order again.

They delivered the Wisbiome probiotic package to me after 4–5 days. The product, which must be kept refrigerated, arrived completely warm with a lukewarm cooling pack. The driver confirmed it had been with them for about 5 days since receipt. I have requested a full refund because proper storage and delivery conditions were not followed. I urge patients worldwide to be cautious with this company as they do not seem to prioritize patient safety, only profit.
