Green Power Mobility Recenzje 1812

I bought my JH 500 via eBay so had very little communication with Green Power apart from an SMS confirming my delivery date. However, it was a different story when my scooter arrived along with Rob, the Engineer. Even though I was quite scooter savvy, Rob talked me through the ins and outs of my new scooter. He was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions. He was very friendly and explained everything especially my questions about upgrading certain aspects of the scooter. Rob was the epitome of excellent customer service and a credit to the company.

Courteous friendly very respectful, but was a little brisk with demonsttating and follow up paperwork. Lovely bloke though very likeable. Only used the scooter twice so we will see about it.
Will forgive the late delivery by 7 days.

Had a great guy called Michael who delivered my new scooter. He certainly knew the machine very well and explained everything I needed to know about the scooter, and only left when he was happy that I had taken things on board. A nice experience given by a nice man.

I have just had a new scooter in black, very smart, the customer service is excellent. Also had a battery etc for an old scooter both Lee and Dale were great and very helpful. Very impressed with the service and help.

Has I have had one other mobility scooter from them before this was the best reason to get another from them and Malloy was the best delivery lad

Disgusting service. Still waiting 4 months later for a repair on a mudguard and change to tiller handlebars. Was not shown how to use the brakes hence my accident damaging the mudguard. Brand new scooter damaged within a few minutes. Despite paying over £500+ extra for repairs and change over, I am still waiting ! I wish we had never used this company. Over £3000 for a scooter that I can’t use !

Arrived damaged, unhelpful, uncaring terrible service. Appointments take months. Charge £180 for a £6 (on Amazon) fuse switch. Con men. I bet 90% of these reviews are not verified! They even have people in social media mobility groups spinning what people complain about.

Michael was a great help, Went above and beyond for me. Very friendly and knowledgeable giving tips as he went about doing the repairs. Would definitely recommend. Definitely number 1

Just had my first annual service on my fastest. The service only took just over a week from calling to book to being done today. Lee D from GP was amazing. Very knowledgeable, very thorough and didn't mind me sitting and watching while he worked (with a cup of tea obviously), Great service. Thanks again Lee and thanks Green Power.

Thank you to Craig for doing the repair on my mobility scooter and he couldn’t have been more helpful to me and hopefully if I need a repair Craig will do this for me .

Lee.D the engineer arrived in Scotland with our scooter on Saturday, around 2.00pm he was really kind and helpful in showing us how everything works and demonstrated all the safety features etc. and gave us the instruction manual along with relevant paperwork for the scooter. Also explained about the keys and alarm system. We are altogether very happy with this experience.

Lovely gentleman called Lee came and was really lovely and made sure we knew what we were doing, answered all questions that we had and gave us all a laugh.

What a fantastic company, delivered my order on the day they said and in the time slot they gave.The delivery driver Andy took his time to explain everything and demonstrated fully ,very very satisfied will use again thanks.

Was very impressed by the first contact with you so kind and curtios. Nothing was to much trouble and very patient. But when my delivery same on time , the driver called Rob was fantastic from initial hellos was so impressed.Nothing to much trouble for him he was a true gent, and would of been proud to of called him a friend. Such a good firm anyone thinking of buying a mobility scooter please use this firm

Very good, amazing delivery, the delivery driver was very nice and helpful, she carefully went through everything with my mom who the scooter was for, helped find the charging port, and helped mam understand the the controls of the new mobility scooter, stayed for a good 5 minutes to make sure everything was working, answered any questions me or my mam asked, and overall was just a very nice person, good attitude, didn’t sound rushed. She took her time and explained everything, didn’t leave until mam was comfortable with the scooter it’s self, thank you Stevie, 10/10 would recommend both the company and the delivery driver if you’re luckily enough to get her on delivery
