Couldn't be happier with Green Power
It was so easy to order over the telephone, and I was very happy with my experience ordering the ZT4 mobility scooter. The delivery was incredibly quick and actually arrived a day earlier than expected. A special mention to the delivery driver, Paul, who was very polite and took the time to clearly explain how to operate the scooter. Excellent customer service, and I would definitely recommend them.

Chris was very professional and explained everything very well and made me feel very comfortable in his presence

Purchased a ZT4, within 2 weeks the mobility was going rusty around the suspension at the front of the mobility scooter,
I asked for the basket to be replaced by the standard hard case but the drilled holes of the baskets were left open in seat and not sealed which can allow water into holes.
The turning of the scooter is very poor, and when at full speed the scooter was pulling to the left.
Customer service not good, I have rejected the scooter under the consumer rights act 2015

Had a problem with my scooter but got it sorted for me so thank you green power and thanks dale for doing a great job 👍

Hi Greenpower. I recently bought a ZT-4 mobility scooter, and from start to finish the entire thing was pleasant and friendly.
From the start, there was no "fastest" model available, which is the one I was originally going to buy. However, the gentleman over the phone said that you could do me the ZT-4 (which in my opinion is a huge upgrade over the fastest) but put the things on it that was specific to the standard fastest model (1000w motor, speakers and back box) all free of charge. But he did this because I have previously referred 2 people to Greenpower who bought fully kitted fastest models, with all the upgrades except the canopy.

Whilst this is in and of itself above and beyond, when the scooter was delivered, the driver was professional, courteous and gave me a comprehensive walk through of all the features on offer. Excellent customer service.

Let's get to the scooter itself, which do not worry, follows the same trend. It is gorgeous, powerful and comfortable. My daughter said "the front of it looks aggressive, like a wasp" and I can not unsee it now lol.
I have had quite a few people stop me and ask about it, and I mentioned Greenpower and that you are cheaper cos you cut out the middle man, so to speak. So maybe expect a couple of impulse sales 😁.
Beautiful scooter, aggressive stance, lovely front end and I love the fact that you can see the workings of the front end. It adds to the unique profile.

The only thing I had to work out for myself was how to use the keyless start, as it only displays what the button is, and not HOW to use it in the instructions. Maybe some room for improvement there.

I have and will alwsys recommend you to the many people who I know need a mobilty scooter. You did an amazing job, from start to finish. The scooter is absolutely amazing and I would absolutely 100% allow you to place this review anywhere you want to. Including Facebook.

The engineer that came round today was called John. He was here to replace my tyres on my scooter and he was very friendly and approachable. He did a good job and was very professional.

Paul Paul was the engineer that visited me today very professional and helpful fitting a new controller. Although I was thoroughly satisfy with the engineer and also the time I had to wait. What I am not so satisfied with was the fact I was told by the office that the controller has failed this was due to going downhill fast and stopping without using the brakes, apparently the controller cannot cope with this. This I think is a manufacturing fault if you have this kind of breaking it should be capable of breaking I was not told that I had to use my brakes as well as the automatic breaking when going downhill. You would not buy a vehicle if when on the motorway it automatically stopped when you’ve got to 65. People should be aware of this. If you go downhill reasonably fast and do not use your brakes to slow you down the controller cannot cope with this.controller should be capable of this or they are not fit for purpose.

John was the service engineer who came out today to fit solid tyres for me. He arrived on time and did the job in less than half an hour. He was extremely pleasant, very polite and friendly. So far I'm really impressed with Green Power as a company and have already recommended them to people who have stopped me and asked about where I got the scooter. Any orders you get from Barnsley I'm taking the credit ! Thank you Paul Holdsworth

I have had a green power scooter for 3 years and it’s been the best scooter ever I have MS and my independence has never been better I contacted them when I had a ripped tyre and this was dealt with the same week no issues. I have completed almost 2000 miles I needed advice about the loss of mileage and my indicator was hit and miss. I contacted green power I had a fantastic experience with the company and an engineer Dale came on time for an appointment the problems were fixed on the visit no issues. The knowledgeable engineer polite guy chatty and the problems were fixed I needed new batteries after so much mileage and use that was predictable I get lots of people asking about the look of my scooter a couple of slight scratches but it honestly looks smart and not like a usual disability scooter; I honestly couldn’t say anything negative I love my scooter Linda Thomason

Dale kept me informed of his arrival time, was very helpful and efficient.

What a lovely lad john was ..he came out took my scooter and did it in 20 minutes happy smiling asked if everything was okay what a lovely person green power should be very proud of this employer ...thank you john & green power 😊

John came out today to do my new tyres, he did a very good job answered some of my questions I needed answers to, he's very helpful and very polite he did a very good job I definitely would asks for him to come out again if you could, he speaks so respectful

John came today to fix my battery light, he was very polite, explained what had happened and very friendly. He knew exactly what was wrong and answered and questions I had professionally. If anything else goes wrong with my scooter I will definitely be asking the office to send him out if they could.

The engineer was friendly and professional. Chris answered any questions I asked , showing very good knowledge and was helpful in the instruction.

My Green Power mobility scooter had an annual service today which was carried out by Green Power. Their engineer (John) was very polite and professional with a good sense of humour. John road tested my scooter first and then checked every part of it before road testing again. A very thorough job. Thank you.
It was a pleasure to meet him.

Chris the service engineer was very through in all the explanations and showed me everything that came with my scooter. He couldn't have done anymore than he did. Would highly recommend him as he was very polite and courteous and was very knowledgeable.

Bought a jh500 lately after owning a 2nd hand fastest scooter. Had a problem with my jh500 not running. So I've waited just over a week for a engineer to visit to take a look at the scooter and along came Chris he literally sorted the problem out and shared his knowledge on and about my scooter which I really appreciated 10/10 for customer service and able to sort out the issue he was faced with
