We were shopping for a mattress today and Chloe Stewart was incredibly helpful. She took time to understand our needs and our budget and then wasted no time in showing us a selection of mattresses. I would highly recommend Lucas for furniture!

The range of furniture on show is amazing - you would be very hard to please if you could not find what you wanted. Stuart Thorn was very patient with us making sensible suggestions without being pushy. And … there is a very pleasant cafe on site.

We were met by a very knowledgeable, polite and empathetic salesman, Jim. He guided us through the many options available without creating any pressure to reach a decision.

Truly, Jim is a real asset to this company. We thank him for his time.

We visited Lucas Furniture for the 3rd time in as many weeks and finally made our decision on the sofa we wanted. Our advisor was Jim Pickard who was extremely helpful, kind, polite and knowledgeable. There was no pressure sales, we were left there with a cup of coffee to decide on what would fit best and make up our mind on the vast array of fabric swatches! Decision made and Jim completed the necessary paperwork. Highly recommended.

We went in for the second time to look a a sofa we had seen previously. It was busy but Alister offered to find us someone to help, he then quickly became free and helped us with colours, what size to pick for our room and even offered us alternative materials for the sofa. Very easy process and he couldn’t have been more helpful, he also arranged for samples of what we had chosen to be sent out and has contacted us since on development of our order. Would 100% recommend this company it has a great selection. Bonus was the coffee and cake in the cafe after. Well done on great customer service service Alister ☺️

Great variety of sofas- choice was helped by Stuart who gave us space to think and advice/options as required - He gave a professional service without being pushy or overbearing. Lovely showrooms to look round- clean and spacious. looking forward to getting the sofa!

The Lucas store is in a convenient location with good parking on the outskirts of Aylesbury, Bucks. My wife and I were looking for a replacement mattress in their July sale. There was plenty of staff offering help, although they were in no way pushy. After trying out several beds we settled on a Hypnos mattress and the sale was handled by Chloe Stewart in a polite, professional and friendly manner.

We have been customers of Lucas for very many years and it has always been a good experience for us.

I always thort lucas was too expensive but no i went to buy a new sofa what a choice they had all sorts of price's i found one i liked and delt with salesman james f he was not pushy explaining everything offered 0%intrest fantastic kept me updated with the odd email then cara rang me to say the sofa was in to arrange delivery on the delivery day the driver rang to let me know when he was arriving they took my old sofa away put the new one's where i wanted them explaining the after care of the leather and removed all packaging what more can i say other than 100% satisfaction thank you lucas furniture

I very rarely do these sort of reviews but I have taken the time because of how satisfied I am. I visited Lucas Furniture in May to look at options for a Super King size Ottoman bed. It was actually near closing time in a Sunday. I was met by Marie Raeburn in the bed department. Although late in the day Marie took the time to answer all my questions and explain all options available to me. Marie was so cheerful and professional and it is because of her that I bought a ‘Monroe’
Marie stayed in touch through to delivery keeping me updated and checking I was happy once the bed had been delivered. The bed is great. The service I received from start to finish was amazing and Marie is exceptional and a credit to Lucas.

Chloe Stewart was absolutely amazing. We were looking for a new mattress. She left us to browse, then gave advice and assistance when we needed it! 5* service! Thank you Chloe!

Our salesperson at the Aylesbury store was Jim. We have visited the store for the past 3 Sundays to make sure we have got the right sofa, cushions & footstool style and fabric … and today we finally put the order in. Jim was a fantastic help and was in touch via email, got fabric samples to us and explained the process very well & being patient with us. Can’t wait to get our new sofas.

We had wonderful service from James Forsyth. He took his time to explain all the details and mechanics of the sofas we purchased. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into any purchase.

Visited the store looking for a new bed and were looked after by a very pleasant lady, Marie (Raeburn). Marie was trying to juggle between us and another couple but handled it very well. Marie answered all our questions, was very professional and gave us lots of information about buying a new bed and how to care for it. No pressure just good salesmanship.

Chloe guided us through our purchase and was polite, helpful and cheerful. Would be very happy to deal with her again at the Lucas store in Aylesbury

James our sales adviser was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. He advised us about the sofa and arm chairs we purchased. Would definitely recommend Lucas furniture.

Fantastic store with a massive variety of quality products. Disabled parking right outside the entrance which helped me. There's even a restaurant/coffee shop. We purchased a Hypnos bed and headboard after receiving expert advice from Maria Raeburn. She certainly knows her trade and is a charming lady. Kudos to her! Thank you.
