Lovely spacious showroom. James was attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful.

We were looking for Sofa today and found just the one we wanted. Stuart was friendly helpful and knowledgable and saw us through the process of our purchase with ease. After a coffee we found other items of furniture and once again Stuart helped us professionally through our purchase. It is a pleasure shopping at Lucas Furniture

Excellent service from Marie Raeburn this morning. She spent a lot of time and talked me through all the options when purchasing my new mattress.

Just come back from Lucas Furniture. We were looking for a new sofa and chairs. We have shopped there on a number of occasions and have always had excellent service. Today was no exception. Adam, from downstairs and Stuart from upstairs helped us choose a new sofa and two chairs. We matched the furniture we wanted and both Adam and Stuart patiently helped us with fabric and colour matching until we were happy with what we finally chose. Both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks, we are looking forward to our new furniture and will definitely be back early next year to purchase more items once our building work is complete.

Chloe in the beds department was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Easy laid back experience purchasing a sofa from Lucas’s. Stuart was very helpful allowed us to take home fabric samples to match colour then made the ordering very simple. Will buy from them again.

The Lucas store is a beautiful store with a wide selection of gorgeous furniture. I could have gone mad and bought so many things. Unfortunately, I was only looking for one comfortable armchair. I was left to wander and try out different chairs, which was great. Eventually, I found the right armchair for me at which point Prasad joined me. He explained the various features and I decided on fabric etc. Then the sale was concluded. Simply, efficiently. It felt that nothing was too much trouble. Today, I received an e mail from Prasad confirming anticipated delivery date. Very happy with Prasad. Will definitely be back for any other furniture requirements.

Marie Raeburn was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with, when choosing our mattress.

We went to Lucas World of Furniture yesterday to look for a new mattress.
We were welcomed by Marie in the bed section, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble.
She was very attentive but also gave us the space to try out the many mattresses during our time there.
We ended up spending 3 hours there, although it didn’t feel that long.
Marie, you are exceptional and a credit to Lucas Furniture! They are very lucky to have you.

Had two very positive experiences when visiting Lucas Furniture. One, a few months ago, when we first met James Forsyth who was very informative and helpful at the time and the second, today, when I went back to make the purchase.
James was very approachable, personable and informative about the products and the process.

Revisited the store today having changed our minds about our earlier order. Jim could not have been more helpful in assisting us with our new choice. I highly commend his knowledge, guidance and support.

Alistair and Beverley could not have been more helpful. On arrival at the store Alistair greeted us and noted our requirements. He showed us around the exhibits of interest and introduced us to a colleague Beverley who continued to show us multiple choices of everything we wished to purchase for our new home. After Three hours our purchases were all confirmed and payed for. We are now looking forward to them all arriving at our new home.

I drove past Lucas Furniture on my way home from a trip and popped in out of curiosity about their bed selection. I met Chloe who patiently talked me through the options and used her extensive knowledge to introduce me to the range. I felt in such good hands that 4 weeks later, I drove 40 miles back to Lucas to meet Chloe and bought two beds for our guest bedroom. Excellent and friendly service from start to finish.

We’ve just had a lovely experience at Lucas furniture in Aylesbury buying our fabulous new wow factor sofa and being cared for by the lovely bubbly Soraya.

With the help of Soraya we got the right measurements, the choice of super fabrics all priced up with care and attention to detail in a matter of minutes.

I loved the way Soraya helped me choose contrasting colours and gave good advice about mixing and matching the colours.

Jim the salesperson who greeted us was very informative and was a delight to deal with. He looked after us from the start and gave us enough space to deliberate and have a coffee before we chose the Furniture we wanted.

We visited Lucas Furniture for the first time to look for a new 3 piece suite. The showroom is extensive with many companies represented. There must be a style to suit every ones needs. We were able to wander the shop floor to view and test all of the chairs and sofas without any sales pressure. We narrowed down our selection and then requested help from a sale person. Soraya, who served us, was both helpful and informative and guided us through the various options for the products we had selected. There was no sales pressure at any time. We have completed a sale for our new suite. It is worth mentioning that there are no delivery or assembly charges made by Lucas. We would thoroughly recommend Lucas furniture and extend our thanks to Soraya for her assistance.

Ordered our Sofas today. Stuart served us. He was very polite and considerate to our wishes. Explained everything as to waiting times. Thoroughly recommend Lucas Furniture.

We visited the store on two consecutive days and once a staff member had checked that we were ok, were allowed to peruse the store unhassled. There is a wide selection of furniture choose from. Once we had made our choice, Adam, without being pushy, was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would be more than happy to make further purchases from the store if needed.
