An extremely pleasant experience including ease of parking, ease of viewing the displayed furniture and particularly the ease of purchase especially with such a helpful and knowledgeable salesperson as Marie.

We were looking for a three piece suite.
There’s so much choice. We looked around and found what we were looking for. Soraya was our salesperson. She didn’t bother or hassle us, she just let us look and would be on hand if needed.
She was very helpful and could answer any questions we had. A really nice girl.
We would definitely go back to Lucas in the future. The furniture is first rate.

Having decided to purchase a new bed due to both my husband and i experiencing back problems. Our first port of call was to visit Lucas Furniture. We have in the past purchased many items from Lucas to furnish our home and have come to rely on them for not only great choices but quality and competitive pricing.Marie our assistant was so knowledgeable and went over and above to ensure we found a bed that suited our needs. We were given the time to try several beds without feeling rushed which helped us to feel confident and assured in our purchase. It was a great shopping experience when purchasing our bed due to Marie s assistance and guidance of the many variants we had when choosing a bed. We are both looking forward to receiving our order. Lucas has always had a vast range of products to choose from at varying pricing levels to fit all budgets. I can confidently highly recommend Lucas Furniture. A great shopping experience at all levels.

Marie served us over the weekend and she was so lovely and helpful. They have amazing stock here with such great deals. Marie helped us choose the bed that was perfect for us and we have come away so happy with our choice - will be back for a sofa soon!

We went to buy a G Plan chair on Sunday 31 May 2026. We were served by Jim who was so helpful and friendly. We ordered the chair and he has kept us informed by e.mail as to the progress of the order. As we are intending to buy a further chair we will definately be going back and will request Jim.

Having previously purchased a leather suite from Lucas I was incredibly impressed with the quality and service.
Now requiring a new bed I decided to return and successfully bought a new divan set from Marie who was incredibly patient and helpful. The store is huge but the staff are always friendly and attentive.

Chloe was very helpful and knowledgeable, helping me purchase a mattress.

Great place feels spacious, and staff engage but don't hassle you. Thankyou Chloe Stewart for your understanding, and patience you made a hard task a little easier.

Excellent service from Marie the right balance of leaving us to decide and offering help and information. Will definitely shop there again.

Spent over two grand and it didn't feel like we weren't getting value for money, our sales lady called Chloe was very good at her job, very knowledgeable about all her products (mattress department) and made the sale quick and painless and above all very pleasant and relaxing. Well done Chloe.

Large modern store with great choice of quality furniture for all tastes. Went just to have a look round but ended up ordering a sofa and two chairs on second visit. It was so nice to wander around without being immediately approached by someone trying to make a sale. When we did need help Stuart came to our assistance with answers to all our questions and much more - he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We had confirmation of order immediately, have now had an indication of when to expect delivery, and are looking forward to our new purchase.

My husband and I were assisted by Beverley while looking for new sofas, she was very helpful and informative of what we were looking at and there was no pressure on us to make a decision there and then. We loved how we were not followed around the store by staff trying to get a sale! We went home armed with information and returned the next day to see Beverley and place our order. Thank you so much for all your help Beverley, we would definitely deal with you again and recommend you to friends and family. Can't wait for our new sofas now❤

We liked the wide range of sofas in Lucas's showroom and sat on lots before making a decision and placing an order.
Beverley was very knowledgeable and helpful. (But not pushy, which was nice.)

Visited Lucas Furniture at the beginning of May for specific furniture that we’d seen elsewhere. Stuart came over to greet us and once he knew we had an idea of what we wanted, he handed over a brochure and left us to test multiple chairs. He was very personable and helped us to order the chairs once we were ready. He’s kept us informed with regards likely delivery timescales.
