A very happy customer!
We received our new bed on Friday and could to be happier with the choice we made going with Livingitup! The engagement right the way through was warm and concise and whilst its did take all of the allotted lead time it was simply worth the wait. The delivery guys were excellent and had everything in place and made sure that I had tested how to operate the bed (its the ottoman version) before he left. I woudl recommend these guys

Excellent....from start to finish
Excellent....from start to finish. Fantastic customer service. I had seen a bed online which I really liked but wanted a bigger headboard. It was confirmed that the headboard could be made to our exact specification. Lots of emails, phone calls and fabric swatches followed before I ordered the bed. The bed arrived a few weeks ago and it is stunning. Very good quality. Highly recommend this company for its very high standard of customer service and high quality products.

DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LIVING IT UP
Ordered a sofa and after 2 months it broke its taken almost 6 weeks for a technician to come and resolve however after taking a day off work unpaid to wait in for the technician, the technician never arrived. They were scheduled to come at 2-7pm but when I called living it up to ask for a more accurate time slot I was advised they had been already been . I’m absolutely disgusted because I waited in all day and nobody ever came. I also have a ring doorbell and the technician doesent appear on there either (strange). The customer service reps I have spoke to was very rude and just kept speaking over the top of me. Just be weary when ordering from these guys I certainly won’t be ever again. Very poor customer service and definitely would not recommend.

We are sorry you have felt it necessary to leave a one star review. We have looked into this and can see that your order was delivered to you in July 2020, you reported a fault on the 13/04/2021 and a technician was scheduled to visit you today (at your request), we feel this is a reasonable amount of time. The time slot provided is estimated and is not guaranteed - the technician called before he arrived, called three times when he was at your property and there was no answer each time. He also took a picture of your front door, which has been sent on to you. It is very unusual this has not shown on your Ring doorbell log, perhaps you need to take this further with them?
We have also checked our call recordings, at no point have we spoken over you. The technician have rescheduled to visit you tomorrow, we are sorry that you are unhappy with our customer service, we always try our best to resolve difficult situations and we are sorry this has not been to your satisfaction.

We bought our new master bedroom from Dreams in January, and we were very quite happy with it. Then, we decided to change to bed in our middle bedroom. We were browsing the internet when the Living It Up website popped out. We liked the bed but were not sure whether it would look the same in nature. We got in touch with the customer service and were sent samples that arrived on the following day. Immediately, we ordered the bed. Our bedroom was not ready at the time of delivery, and we opted to put it up ourselves. The delivery guy explained to us that it would be a straightforward process and advised us to contact customer service and ask for the instructions to be e-mailed to us. I did that and received the instructions almost immediately. It was a bit challenging to take the bed upstairs as though we opted for the small headboard, it was still quite bulky and tall, but it was not the seller's fault. We were warned to think carefully of its size at the time when we placed our order. It took me approximately 1,30hrs to put the bed together. There were plenty of spare screws, which always comes in handy as, in my case, they mysteriously keep disappearing! We were so happy when the bed was put up. Worthy of a king! Beautiful colour, sturdy, massive, excellent quality! There is a big difference between our new bed and the one we got from Dreams! This is the first time that we bought something on the internet and were entirely happy with its quality! The customer service was brilliant, replying to our e-mails almost immediately! I cannot recommend Living It Up highly enough!

Amazing Customer Service
Due to Covid and delay in moving into our home, we asked 'Living It Up' if they could hold onto our bed until we were ready (despite it being ready to dispatch). They were more than happy to accommodate which meant we had enough time to complete the renovations.
On the day of arrival, the two delivery men were amazing! Our carpet was being put in literally ten minutes before their arrival, they patiently waited for us to do a quick hoover before putting the bed together efficiently. I have had experiences where furniture is just plonked onto the side of the road and this was quite the opposite. Beyond impressed with the customer service and particularly those two delivery men who were extremely helpful.
Once the bed was put together, it looked absolutely beautiful! So glad I had samples sent beforehand to check the material. Overall, thoroughly pleased with the quality and customer service. Would definitely recommend.

We are absolutely delighted with our super king size Evie bed. I can not praise Living it Up enough. The service we received from them was excellent from start to finish. The quality of the bed also exceeded our expectations. Their timescales were spot on and the bed was so well wrapped when it was delivered (by two very nice delivery men 😁).
