Love my new bed!
I had my Arthur bed delivered yesterday and I can’t stop looking at it, it’s just so stunning! It was definitely worth the wait, it’s so well made and the fabric is gorgeous. All my questions prior to ordering were answered by the lovely office staff and the delivery guys were extremely friendly and efficient - I really can’t fault anything. I’m looking forward to spending some cosy winter nights in my lovely new bed.

The quality of the bed is excellent and worth every penny. Service beyond expectations and the delivery team were fantastic ... they built the bed in less than half an hour and cleared up behind themselves. Would defiantly recommend this company and for sure the delivery boys !! Loved the whole experience of buying from Living It Up !!

Exceptional value for money
The initial sales process was very smooth, I placed the order over the phone as the sales consultant was very helpful, however, the delivery date was slightly longer than initially quoted.
Having received the sofa we are delighted, the delivery process was smooth. Regular communication on day of delivery and a courteous and efficient delivery team who were very careful not to damage anything whilst moving large bulky items upstairs. They assembled everything, removed all the waste packaging, and ensured we were happy before they left.
I was a little skeptical ordering a sofa online without having the opportunity to see anything physically however, having now done so it's a no brainer (in this case.) The sofas and beds are far better value than anything we saw physically, so much so we have just ordered more!

Brilliant Alison Bed in a Box
Absolutely love my Alison bed in a box, it is beautiful, easy to open into a bed, very comfy mattress and perfectly suits my little dressing room/spare bedroom. The delivery men were A+++, very friendly, assembled it and took all the packaging away, showed me how to open the bed and let me try it myself so I felt comfortable to do it on my own. Have to say this was probably the best experience in buying furniture and will definitely use again in the future. I can not recommend enough, thank you!

From requesting fabric samples to ordering to delivery our experience with Living It Up has been second to none. We decided on the superking Arthur Tall Bed in soft black. I cannot describe how stunning the bed is! It is amazing quality and a real statement piece. The delivery chaps worked so hard, with a great sense of humour, on a boiling hot day to get the bed together perfectly. They took all the packaging away and didn't leave any mess at all. I cannot recommend this flawless company highly enough. Their customer service is brilliant; every email query answered swiftly and with all the information I requested. I love my sofa
I ordered a sofa from Living It Up back in January. Unfortunately with the COVID restrictions my sofa didn't arrive until June. Throughout lockdown I was in touch with the team for updates and as soon as their business was back up and running again I was notified of anticipated delivery plans.
The sofa was finally delivered last month and I am over the moon with it. I chose a custom colour which goes well with my interior. Overall, I'm really pleased with my sofa and would recommend.

I was over the moon with both our bed and sofa, the quality, finish and service was absolutely incredible. I was a little worried about ordering something I hadn’t seen in a showroom, but the furniture totally exceeded my expectations. Could not recommend it enough.

Excellent quality, very comfy, looks great and service was brilliant. My only negative is that I don’t think the bars that join the units together that make it an L sofa are brilliant, they just fall off. Not a total nightmare but just a bit annoying. I bought very expensive two hair wash…
I bought very expensive two hair wash units from living it up, images on there website are shows different quality, I mean shows great but once you receive it you’d be disappointed, and has been happened to me, lower and poor quality, not really proper fitting, bolts and screws are loose and unsafe for clients.
Emailed they and asked for advice and help and they replied me this.
Unfortunately we are unable to help further with the tilt mechanism, the bolts can be tightened and this really should have been checked when they were being installed, the flex on the sink can be tightened or loosened depending on each customers individual
requirements.
Absolutely ridiculous.
