I absolutely LOVED the golden hour product. Most golden milk gets diluted and tastes like nothing when you add milk or water. The product was the perfect amount sweet and spicy (from the ginger). A staple in my household now!

They don’t answer any emails or value customer service, so I’m here to destroy them on the Internet. I canceled this subscription months ago because it made me severely ill and quite frankly I can’t afford any other subscriptions so I canceled this months ago. I randomly get a charge today that they just processed a new order and that my subscription is active and that there’s nothing I can do to cancel it. They don’t have a customer service number and they don’t respond to emails. Don’t buy from a company that doesn’t value customer service and would rather make a measly $40 then do what is honorable and right when someone clearly canceled the membership months ago. By the way, there was a really bad batch that went through and it made everyone sick so good luck to you all out there.

I was notified of the Live It Up Super Greens recall, I filed a reimbursement request form and was told that I would be reimbursed in May 2026. I still have the bag but was NOT yet issued a refund. Live it up automatically paused all subscriptions.
I received an email at 1:30AM that two green subscriptions would be shipped today. I was NOT notified that subscription was automatically unpaused. I do NOT want to resubscribe to a company that does not honor customer refunds.

Recall: Received an email on May 22, 2026 stating that a refund had been processed and that I should receive it within 5-7 business days. On May 23,3026, I received an email stating that the previous email was sent in error and that they are still working on it. There has been no communication since May 23, 2026. I am still waiting on my refund! I had three bags of the super greens that I had to throw away . I want my money back! It shouldn’t take over 6 months to process a refund. I feel deceived and I will not stop until I get my money back.

0 stars!! I've been told my replacement for the recalled product ( which was payed for in January) will be shipped. No tracking number after 4 days. Yesterday I get an email about another order placed (because I subscibed) and charged 108 dollars on my ccd and I haven't even gotten the 1st order!!! They will not respond to my emails. Needless to say I have canceled my subscription. 0000000 stars!!!!

I purchased 2 large orders Live it Up Super Greens late last year (2025). Soon after, the company announced a salmonella outbreak and a large product recall. Both of my orders were eligible for refunds.

It has now been nearly 7 months, and I still have not received either refund. I have followed up multiple times and have received no meaningful resolution or clear update.

The product recall is clearly very serious, and customers should not have to spend months chasing refunds for products they were told not to consume. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing and they have lost all credibility...

Absolute worst! Going on 8 months of waiting for a refund from my recalled order only for them to say they don’t have an ETA to get my money back over a product I never got. DO NOT BUY!!!!

My new Favorite Electrolyte After Runs. It really hits the spot after a hard run. I like the slightly salty taste and glad it coconut water based. I’ve tried many electrolyte drinks over the years and this is the best for taste as well as how it makes me feel afterwards. I normally don’t like lemon lime electrolytes, but this one tastes great. I can wait to try the strawberry lemonade flavor.

Their greens powder sent a dozen people to the hospital and many others sick, despite saying it was lab tested.

It took them six months to give me only a partial refund.

Though I love the product - I don't however use the full suggested amount! And I'm not a fan of your sales tactics when it comes to auto ordering!!! You need to be a little bit more forthright with that... again it's a good product otherwise...

Again, more run around. We can't ALL be wrong ! This company takes money for items that were recalled in January - didn't notify customers until end of February and then try to make it MY issue for you to find my contact info . . . again . . . again and again ??

How about helping any one of those who have lost their money trusting you ?

Was subscribed with Live It Up for quite awhile. Had quit using it for a few months due to health issues. But I kept the new ones because I was going to start back up. I was then notified, by email, from the company about the recall due to Salmonela. The email included label #s on the packages of which were recalled. All of my packages were a match. This email was sent the beginning of January. I did everything the email requested. I had the option of having a credit amount or a refund. I chose a refund. It is now July 2026 and I have yet to receive even a penny. I have reached out many times about it, through email and keep getting the run around and excuses that they are working tirelessly to go through accounts. I have since cancelled with them.
I was a customer that was with them for quite awhile and should be treated better. It should not take this long for my refund.
Be careful with this company.

After 18 emails since January and 2 negative reviews on Trustpilot, I finally received my refund. Stay engaged and dont give up. Eventually liveitup with do the right thing. Thank you liveitup for doing what is right even though it took almost 7 months.

If I could give zero stars, I would. 7 months after submitting my request for a refund, absolutely nothing. No updates other than when I contact them and they tell me they’re working it. Should not take 7 months to process a refund. A dishonest company that should be avoided.

I ordered their Supergreens powder, which was recalled for salmonella in January 2026. It is now June and over 5 months later (after having submitted all documents for the refund which was confirmed by them) and 10+ emails, and I have yet to get my refund. That is absolutely absurd for this day and age. Horrible Customer Service

I requested a refund months ago when the issued the recall. After months of waiting I finally received an email stating my refund was being processed,I was relieved then a couple days later I received an email saying that the previous was a mistake and that they were still(after 6 months) working on my refund. So disappointing as I had believed this was a good company,now I'm questioning that

If you're thinking about becoming a customer, ask yourself one question: if there's a recall, how long are you willing to wait for a refund? I submitted a recall reimbursement claim for three bags on February 21, provided all requested photos and documentation, and followed up on May 9th only to be told I was still in the "validation process." It's now June 20th and I'm still waiting. Buying was instant. Getting reimbursed for a recalled product apparently takes 120+ days and counting. Edit: Live it up didn't reach out they asked me to edit the review for more information, for safety reasons obviously not going to do that since the first review was pretty detailed enough

Love the product and the flavor choices. The pomegranate mango and watermelon are excellent and my favorites. Having the subscription price be so much lower is annoying.

It's pretty funny to watch all this go down, knowing they have multiple class-action lawsuits coming up against them here soon.

They have handled the recall so poorly, but it is understandable. They don't have the human capacity to actually address such a massive screw-up.

I missed my 20-year reunion because I was so sick and actually pooped my pants. I guess it makes for a fun story for me; however, people were hospitalized because of this mess.

They don't actually care, though. They haven't refunded me and have more or less just kicked the can down the road, probably hoping I'll forget or until they have the funds to take care of the people they ***physically harmed***.

Just...don't bother with this company in any capacity. Seriously. It's not worth it.
