The product was good. Shipping not good
The product was good. I wanted to make it a part of my daily routine. I'm almost out of my first shipment. With no tracking on the order from April 2. Their fulfillment and logistics needs alot of work. Almost 4 weeks since my last repeat order was placed. Still nothing. They have my money - I would like my product. They offer a discount - but I can't see it does much good if I can't get my product.

I tried Nectar, but decided I'd like to cancel at this time. I sent an email and in 24 hours (or less) I had a response cancelling my subscription -- no questions asked. And I've already received the refund for the latest charge. The customer service was great!

Our customer service was great. They replied right back to me and with the delay in the order, they refunded me some portion and kept me in the loop during the whole process of when it's going to be arriving that's what Customer Service is all about so kudos to them hopefully their product is strong and worthy as their customer services.
