After the recall this company has left all its customers waiting for refunds that still haven’t came. A false email stated it was going to and never happened. Instead it seems like they’re offering a free bag. Mind you, you’ve already paid or a bad or more that you already threw out six months ago. So it’s not free, they’ve also restated my subscription but I can’t find out how to cancel it. Shadey company ran by incompetent people.

Customer service is a complete joke. I have been trying to get my refund since the recall and have only received generic email replies saying they are doing their best. Looks like they are doing their best at pushing more product out, not taking care of the customers who were sold greens laced with salmonella.

Company has lost our trust. Notified 5 months ago about a recall for their greens. They emailed initially and required multiple forms to be filled out. We threw several bags of their expensive product into the garbage and they have been MIA on communications. Received an email today months later stating they would refund.

They have all of the comments turned off of their socials. You cannot trust this company especially with the lack of customer service.

Due to suspect quality control, I was notified of a potential contamination in my order. I disposed of product as directed. Sent packaging numbers 4 months ago. Still no refund after repeated inquiries.

Have no confidence or trust in this company.

Product was ok, very artificial and sweet tasting so it took plugging my nose to get the drink down. However customer service is non existent especially since the recall- I have submitted the required information for a refund and crickets….

I honestly was going to not write this review when we received an email yesterday saying our refund had been processed. However that has changed now that I received an email claiming that first email was false. This situation has been ongoing since January and has not been resolved yet. This turn around time is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. If you had the ability to send an email saying the refund was processed you don't retract that. You process that refund. Not a my bad thats not the case. Thats so unprofessional we will never be ordering from this company again going forward.

Update - I was able to obtain a refund soon after leaving this review, so I'm appreciative.

Their greens are great, at least the few servings I had before the recall. So if they can figure out the problems, I may repurchase, as I'm still trying to find a good replacement.

I bought a bag late last year or January, and liked it. Then there was the recall, and I submitted my claim. I have not received anything, and if I contact them I get a form letter that says they may be working on it. Terrible customer service, don't recommend.

Received email about Live it up Super Greens in January. I had 1 open and 2 unopened packages. I submitted for a refund. As of today, received an email about how busy they are and they don't know when I will get the refund.
Poor product, refund information and customer service. I do not recommend any of their products!

Have been supporting Live it up for a few years now and what a mess this company is. Absolute worse customer service and product is questionable. I sent in proof of 4 bags of green and received a credit for one. Seriously!!! You think I’d trust this company again after contaminated recalls????

Great taste

This is the first electrolyte powder that I want to drink every day. It is delicious, it mixes well and I love the taste. I got the lemon live flavor. I also love the free shaker bottle!

Like the rest. They shafted me for the recall of three of their super greens and now no refund. I'm getting ahold of the Better Business for the scam they are hitting us with. And they are still in business selling their crap.No repercussions for ripping us off. I will never buy any of their products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! Over 100.

Please be careful when dealing with this company! The product is good but their customer service is not 1. they would not refund a duplicate order 2.It was sent back,and they would'nt acknowledge it 3. I fought the duplicate charge with my credit card company,and Liveitup said I was lying. So I got stuck paying double for 1 order

If I could give it a zero I would! Unfortunate victim of the January 26th salmonella issue. Now you would think a business like this would happily refund people's money. If you thought this like me you would be mistaken. 4 months now I've been trying to get my money back from them, still don't have it! Not sure if I ever will but I'm going to continue to try. I shoot them emails daily now and efforts to annoy them enough but maybe they'll process it! Wish me luck! Avoid this business at all costs!

A company is only as good as its customer service. With that in mind, avoid Live it Up.

I was contacted about the salmonella issue with their powders and had two bags that fell under the recall. I reached out multiple times and was initially told they were behind but would process refunds soon. Since then, it has been nothing but delays and excuses. It is now mid April, and I was originally promised a refund back in January.

I even tried filing a PayPal claim, but it somehow ended in the seller’s favor. At this point, they have my money with no clear timeline on when or if I will get it back. It is hard to understand how other companies can issue refunds within days, while this one continues to hold onto customers’ money indefinitely.

I would strongly recommend avoiding them. If you run into an issue, do not expect a refund.

it's crazy the company refuses to refund due to salmonella outbreak! i filled out the forms 3 months ago and have seen zero responses

I submitted a request for refund on two orders of Super Green powder affected by the Salmonella contamination recall in January. Three months later, I am still waiting for my refund. I contacted LiveitUp about my refund status today, but based on the numerous complaints on Reddit, Facebook and Trustpilot, I'm expecting to get the runaround or no response. (Maybe it'll take a year or two for their small staff to wade through the large volume of refund requests...) I just reached out to my credit card company to file a dispute, so I'm hopeful they will provide a prompt refund. Good luck to those of you still waiting for one!

Live It Up recalled their Super Greens product in January. Customers were advised to discard the purchased product and apply for a refund.
Three months later, I have still received no refund for the product. Poor customer service and response to the recall notices.

I truly appreciated a quick and honest response from the company after reaching out regarding my late shipment. The company immediately reordered and sent my product; it took only 4 days. Initially I ordered on the 4th, on the 15th I hadn't received anything and reached out. I received the order at my home on the 20th.
Great customer service.

Same as the rest--no refund for recalled product. After this I will not buy any green or protein powder from any online source. Internet commerce is a fraudster's paradise.
