Leadingdog Recenzje

My order was shipped very quickly by Laura. I ordered two ruffwear car harness's and a back seat cover. The car harness unfortunately squashed the fur to much om my show cocker when it was fitted so had to be returned, however I would not hesitate in recommending the harnesses you could see the quality in them. I returned the order and Laura did not hesitate in refunding. Excellent customer service, thank you.

Great service. Prompt delivery. Thanks!

Had what I needed. Good quality and fast delivery. Beats amazon hands down

Good quality product

Good quality came promptly item as described

Fantastic service from Laura at Leadingdog. I purchased two Fjord waterproof coats for my Labradors; one of which didn’t fit quite right. Laura promptly shipped the correct size and dealt with the refund for the returned items without any delay. Great and effective communication. Would definitely recommend.

Great quality slip lead delivered on time would happily recommend

Laura was very helpful and patient. My dog is long and low so there was a bit of trial and error getting a coat to fit and she helped by measuring the coats herself to help me decide.

Reccomended to you by a friend, great quality lead.
I have now given all the other leads to charity.
Great delivery

Good price and did the job

Ordered wrong size had to send it back
But service was great

I have purchased two slip leads from this company and have recommended it to fellow dog owners. Excellent quality. Lovely feel. Strong and good length.

Quick delivery and excellent product

Excellent harness, strong, & easy to fit. Delivered on time.

The company allowed me to order the item even though there was no stock available. It was only when I chased them that they advised me of this and offered be a different product or refund. There was no communication that the item was out of stock until I contacted them and blamed their emails not going through but they contacted me by text message so why did they not do this in the first place. Amazing that I have received an email about the refund, so no real problem with emails then. I now have to wait 10 days for a refund. This is not acceptable. How long would I have to wait if I hadn't contact them and current 360 out of pocket until the refund goes through

Laura’s advice a great help choosing correct size. Ordering was simple and delivery prompt. Henry Wagg dog drying bag is a great product

Prompt delivery, good quality products.
Bought 3 Mendota dog leads. One lost and one chewed through!!! They are very nice soft and lightweight in two lengths and a variety of colours, so although a little pricey I will probably buy these again in the future.

Excellent products
Prompt delivery
Helpful customer service exchanging 2 harnesses for a smaller size
Excellent communication

We purchased a long lead for our dog and it is exactly what we needed. It’s good quality and once it got very muddy so I washed it and it came up like new.
