I regularly purchase the Good Boy Large Chomp Sticks for my GSDs. They're pure hide so constitute a healthy treat which they love. These are a good price and delivery is quick.

Tried to cancel my order several times…

Tried to cancel my order several times they ignored me. I’ve emailed them at least 6 times contacted them on their site. I had one email back asking for order number which I had already gave them. Tried ringing several times goes to automated message so left my details, they then ship the order knowing full well I had cancelled it, but still no response.

Still waiting for a Bunty Woodland Dog…

Still waiting for a Bunty Woodland Dog Bed (m) I ordered on 01/09/26 from website which says item will be sent Royal Mail 2-3 days. Received email on 02/09 saying item dispatched and providing a DPD tracking number which doesn’t work (they don’t recognise it). Have emailed 3 times and got no response. Have also called 3 times and always goes to voicemail. Have left messages and no reply.
Beginning to think I’ve been scammed and will never see the dog bed I ordered. Great shame as I like to use independent shops where I can rather than Amazon, but at least with Amazon I’d have got my item or a reply to my query.

You won’t be able to Cancel a subscription!

Had a subscription which was missing items each time it was delivered. No date on food, wrapped in black plastic bag and quality declined each time.
When this was raised they told ME to remind them to add extra to account for missing items - no apologies, no accountability.
Impossible to cancel a subscription easily and customer service does not exist! Rude, disrespectful money grabbing and poor quality - AVOID
