When an issue was identified with the original delivery date, Mel notified me immediately and this was reminded in a timely manner, causing me no issues or inconvenience. My main goal was to receive healthy Mourning Geckos, which I did. Cannot recommend this friendly, professional service enough. Highly delighted 😁

Just bought a Gargoyle Gecko from Melissa at MMA reptiles. The shop is a lovely little treasure trove of products and livestock. Melissa and staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to helping us decide what we needed and whether the gecko we purchased was suitable for my daughter. They were all incredibly patient with my little girl and let her handle and bond with the little guy before reserving him for two weeks whilst our set up had time to cycle. The Ts I ordered were in great condition and well-packed. Unfortunately I got an email one hour before they were delivered and had no idea they were going to be delivered so didn't arrange anyone to wait in while I was at work so they were in the depot for an unnecessary extra day. A notice that they've been posted is really needed.
