Leadingdog Recenzje

Unfortunately my order had to be cancelled because the item I wanted was discovered to be out of stock. This was disappointing but the refund was made promptly with an apology.

I received this email asking for review it stated that the emails are sent out automatically so you may not have received your parcel yet, which is absolutely fine. Continue to wait and 2 weeks later I still haven’t even had the email to say my parcel has been dispatched. I understand delivery’s can be busy and take time but they can’t deliver something that the company hasn’t dispatched yet.

Brilliant reflective dog coat and true to size.

I made an error with the I order. Following an email it was acted on immediately and dealt with the upmost professionalism and this was on a Bank holiday.
I received an immediate refund with no hassle or stress on my part.Well done. Fantastic customer service

Contacted company regarding best size of figure of eight lead. Replied right away and spot on with their advice.

I have bought many leads over the years but these are by far the best!

I've used a LeadingDog a couple of times and I will again.

Competitive pricing, fast delivery and excellent customer service.

Wrong item sent initially but very swiftly corrected. Even was offered a 15% discount for the inconvenience. Would use the company again

Ordered two dog leads.. not suitable as not robust or strong enough for two boisterous boxers. Contacted proprietor who gave me address to return. When I queried if I would have to
Pay return postage, was told yes. Disappointed as I had to pay for postage to get them.. very expensive experience.. won’t be using again

Really pleased with these harnesses lovely quality great being cotton for the hot weather and great for the summer not too bulky like some the Large fitted my Cockers perfectly

It is well made feels nice in my hands and is comfortable for our dogs.

Great product and price with good communication. Sadly let down by Royal Mail for delivery but got there in the end.

Speedy service with keen prices. Recommended.
