Hills Pet Shop Recenzje

I received poop bags which are different to the ones you picture on your website. I would not have bought the bags which were sent. I’ve taken the trouble to email you and am waiting for a response.

We have now spoken on the phone - and you acknowledge the issue I’ve had but won’t act to rectify the matter.

Staff are great and their own brand dry dog food is great especially for my two whippets that tend to have sensitive stomach. Their other natural dog treats are of high standard and it's great that you can park at the back of the shop... just don't forget to put your reg in at the till.

That you use the Post Office as your delivery services and we are given a reasonable and accurate time slot

Had exactly what i was looking for and with a very quick delivery

Excellent company to deal with.
Quick efficient delivery. Dogmatic head collar that I ordered 10 out of 10 . Perfect, I now don’t have one arm longer than the other on dog walks!!!!
I had to ring Hill’s, it turned out the fault was entirely mine. However Hill’s handled it in a very friendly and professional manner. Not making me seem the complete idiot I was😂
I would 100% recommend Hill’s

Received my order no problems speedy delivery.

Fast delivery would use again

We bought some food for our sick dog after our veterinarian recommended Hill's to us. She sadly passed away a couple of days after, and Hills refunded us completely. They even told us to keep the unopened cans of the 12-pack and they recommended us to donate it to either a shelter or a vet office.

Great, quick, efficient service and best price for the dog coat we were after.

Perfect, thanks for sending so quickly!

Great item, delivered when you said it would

Excellent service in the shop, as usual. Regularly consult website to check level of food stock. Very useful as I live a few miles away.

Well packaged items and came quickly
Was looking for a replacement perch after snapping my budgies favourite perch, found it available on hills pet shop and ended up buying a few more things. And was notified every step of the way
