It is a complete scam, they closed my account while I was waiting for my withdraw, also when I contacted them on my other email WITH THE SAME PHONE NUMBER they said that they can t tell me anything about the other account unless the message is sent from that account

They accuse me of being a criminal and…
They accuse me of being a criminal and asked me to provide them a criminal record to prove myself innocent. It's the first time a Financial service or a Bank asks this from me, and honestly, I think this is not even legal under EU law.
I asked them to provide me with what proof they have that I might be a criminal, but they denied it. I don't want to spend my valuable time obtaining a criminal record from the police office just to prove myself innocent.
Don't bother with this app, and definitely DO NOT PUT any of our MONEY on JoomPay, as they will most likely take them hostage, and you'll not see your money again.

Edit: After a few days of banging my head against drywalls (customer support agents replying with copy/paste templates), I finally managed to speak with the head of the customer service. After a real conversation with her and a few hours later, my account was magically approved without the need for the criminal records copy. I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. But the whole experience was crap, and I would still advise you to be careful when opening an account with them.
