Jeg købte den nye HTC desire 22 pro.
Deres seneste flagskib af en telefon.
Efter to måneder med deres support, og et reperations forsøg.

Kan den stadig ikke foretage eller modtage opkald.
Den understøtter ikke apps i dens app baserede Operativ System.

Og det eneste deres supportere kan, er at lyve og gøre alt for du ikke får en refusion.

Den sidste uge har HTC support, bevidst opsnappet mine emails til deres legale afdeling.
For at afholde mig fra at finde en lovlig løsning.

HTC var engang førende på mobil markedet. Men har haft seriøs tilbagegang de sidste mange år.

Desire 22 pro, var flagskibet der skulle vende dette, men virker istedet til at blive deres gravsten.

NB. Support har bekræftet, at den vil IKKE blive kompatibel med android 13. Som har ultra vigtige sikkerheds opdateringer til android.

Securiy Equipment failed due to storm , needed new PC board which I installed ,, chip needed Programing htc will not perform the function without charging new 2 year contract plus labor . System does not work and cannot be armed . I didn't know they locked me into 2 year contract even though nothing is functional. Only gave them 1 star because I don't think I can select 0.

Great support when buying a phone, when you have a problem they don't answer your emails. And you will never see a response to any of these reviews. That tells you how much they care about customers.

HTC Internet Service Is BEYOND Terrible It Constantly Goes In And Out & They're Constantly Sending Their Techs To My Home For The Same Issue Then Leave Us 12Hrs. To A Day Later To Issue A Tech And Then You Have To Cancel Your Plans Because THEY Can't Give You Not Even A Estimate Time When A Tech Will Come Fix The WIFI 🤬 Definitely Unhappy Customer!!!!

En avril 2014, j'ai cassé un téléphone HTC après une chute du plan de travail de la cuisine (1 mètre). Le téléphone s'est complètement cassé sans possibilité de le rallumer et de faire quelque chose !

Téléphone trop fragile ! Même mon galaxy a70 que j'ai fait tomber une centaine de fois de plus d'un mètre n'a que quelques rayures toutes petites ! Nouveau téléphone HTC de quelqu'un d'autre également

I just wanted to thank two technicians who worked diligently to correct my telephone problem. The techs were Tony and Cliff. They finally solved my problem after three attempts. On each visit they corrected the problem only to have the issue come up again. They worked and worked and finally fixed the issue. Cliff even called the following day to ensure the problem didn't return. Great job guys. Thanks a lot.

Just received bill for early cancellation fee. Never told about any early fees when signing up and feel penalized for selling my home. My house (unfortunately by HTC standards) before my one year and I moved somewhere that HTC is not offered, so they charged me. Who does that? I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I paid a few thousand pounds last ten year for HTC phones, but onCe HTC sold their team to Google, HTC stopped it's support website, what a shameless company, they sold their soul.

I live in conway area and called this morning about my cable, chat with Jonathan about the problems and 20 min after that he sent mr. Anthony who did a great job for fixing what the problem was, thanks guys and keep up the good work.....

Great phones and work good

I bought my Cosmos last year - nearly 6 months in I had to send it for repair under warranty. Nothing like talking to 5 different support reps, but eventually after a month and a half, I had another vive sent back to me. It was a refurb that had a loud dying fan - sent that back and they sent a new one. Now I ran into new issues. 7 support reps that ask the same questions and never read what you type then, in the previous emails that another rep saw nor the attachments you send. They hound you to death to repeat the same useless steps over and over and insist your computer is the issue.

Now they won't repair my vive which is in warranty but they say it isn't and won't provide proof. Coincidentally, I can no longer find my registered cosmos anywhere. Did they delete it? where is my information? Now I have a useless broken vive they won't repair because they stretched out my warranty date over the course of several emails wasting my time so my warranty would lapse and they wouldn't have to repair it. Very smart. But my lawyer is going to enjoy this one and I'm going to slap this experience all over the damn internet. I have all the proof and all the emails.

PERIOD

The support team is AWFUL. The products are AWFUL. Go with a valve index instead. Best there is and ever will be.

Rotten. Got Viveport Infinity trial. Unsubscribed immediately by cancelling the ongoing payment renewal on their site. Surprise ... Money came off anyway. £107.98. "Sorry we can't issue a refund"..... WHAT!?? .... in this current climate, when everyone is struggling, you can't display any kindness? They steal my money (I did cancel AS SOON AS I ACCEPTED TRIAL) then they don't have the integrity to refund ... how hard is it to show decency and compassion to a customer when the world is in crisis. If they had taken a month of payment and refunded the rest that would have been a fair compromise ... but no ... this greedy cynical company take a years worth of charges for a service I told them I wouldn't be using. Greedy, useless, unsavoury, mercenary weasels!! Guys, don't even sign up for the trial.... you'll get stung .... stung bad!

Habe seit 4 Jahren ein HTC U11. Das Handy läuft bis heute sehr gut nur der Akku hält nur noch gerade einen Tag lang. Das letzte Sicherheitsupdate ist schon 3 Jahre alt. Anfrage beim Kundendienst von HTC : Sie haben doch schon Android 9 und ein Update kommt noch in kürze. Die Kürze ist nun schon 5 Monate her und Updates ? Keine.
Mit Sicherheit mein letztes HTC

They have removed the only service I liked about htc, no more themes store so htc is pretty much a pointless phone for me with no personalization anymore, htc where did you go so wrong. Very very disappointed 😢. Samsung time

I noticed that the last security update on my phone was before I bought it, it's going to be 3 years now!
I have been writing to HTC everywhere I can for over a month and no answer.
The website is useless, can't get anywhere with my question.

Hallo. Ich bin auch sehr enttäuscht. Mein HTC Smartphone ist kurz nach der Hersteller Garantie danach defekt gewesen. Habe um eine Kulanzreparatur gebeten. Wurde abgelehnt.
Schade eigentlich. Auf jedenfall werde ich kein Produkt mehr von der Firma HTC erwerben.

Ich habe 7 Monate auf die Reparatur meines Desire 12 gewartet, unendlich viele Anfragen an rumänisch(?) sprechende "Servicemitarbeiter" abgesendet und versucht, polnische Kostenvoranschläge zu verstehen. Das alles im Rahmen der Garantie.
Am Ende habe ich es kommentarlos und unrepariert zurückerhalten. Nach MEHR als 7 Monaten.
