Ordered royal sheep picture which came and I absolutely love. David from customer service was great and answered all my query quickly. Have had to knock one star off as delivery was longer than quoted on website and was unaware that DHL were delivering to Evri in Germany so was concerned that I could only see my parcel delivered to somewhere in Germany. As said David did let me know when I questioned this and would have no hesitation in placing another order with Werns. And picture looks amazing on my wall

Spedizione arrivata due settimane in ritardo e fin lì portando pazienza si può sorvolare !
Avevo pagato 169 euro per un set di due candelabri e me ne è arrivato solo uno !
Ho pagato 399 euro per un tavolo in vetro con base due elefanti , l’elefante grande ha la zanna recisa cioè danneggiata prima del trasporto perché non ho trovato il pezzo mancante nella scatola !

I ordered a lamp. They did not package it well so it arrived broken. I could return it for free. I got the money for the lamp and the shipping costs back. I did not want to keep the lamp anyway, because the colour wasnt as bright as in the pictures. The customer service was nice. Though you do have to wait a week between replies. My tips are to make sure the colours in the pictures are true to reality and to package the items better (dont just put a lamp in a box in a HUGE box. It will bang against everything during shipping and break)

I've ordered three table lamps from Werns. One came broken and David was very helpful about the process to return it. The refund came very quickly and David gave me a discount code for the inconvenience. I am very happy with my lamps.

Ho ricevuto un vaso che non è assolutamente conforme a quello visto sul sito. Ho provato a scrivere sia per mail che su IG ma nessuna risposta

Voor moederdag had mijn lieve man een prachtige lamp besteld. Hij kwam op tijd aan maar bij het uitpakken bleek dat hij niet ongeschonden door de reis is heen gekomen.
Na het melden heeft WERNS direct begeleiding gegeven bij de retour procedure. Na het aanleveren van het retour bewijs kregen wij meteen het geld terug gestort, terwijl het product nog onderweg is. Daarnaast kregen wij een kortingscode van WERNS ter compensatie voor het ongemak, mochten we het product opnieuw willen bestellen. Zo maak je ambassadeurs voor je bedrijf! Super geregeld. Had niet gehoeven maar wordt enorm gewaardeerd.

Een bestelde LED lamp na iets meer dan een jaar en nog geen 100 branduren helaas kapot gegaan uit het niets.

Contact gezocht met klantenservice. Deze geeft in eerste instantie aan dat ze het gaan vergoeden en vragen om mijn bankrekeningnummer. Vervolgens hoor ik weken niks. Ik meerdere malen terug mailen totdat ik reactie krijg dat ze toch niet kunnen terugbetalen omdat de bestelling te oud is.

Pruts klantenservice dus.

Order 2 lamps for 650£ total the small one arrived but the large snake lamp 400£ has not. Used evri for a 640£ order the worst and cheapest delivery company in the UK. No response to emails no phone or live chat impossible to get a hold of them.

Apart from a lack of information I am extremely happy with the candle sticks and overall the experience will definitely use Werner’s again

I ordered over £200 pounds worth of products from this company. They sent it to the wrong address, so I am not able to receive it. I attempted to contact them both via email, and on instagram and no one has responded. They are a scam, do not spend your money with them.
