I experienced the same crap that others wrote about regarding their polo shirts. Undersized, cheap material and their refund policies only apply if you return their crap back to China. This company is a total scam. The PayPal resolution center was also a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and when their ad pops up hit the delete key. I learned a $90 lesson never to order from these too good to be true sites.

If I could rate this company a Zero, I sure would. They are liars and cheats. They offer a "no questions asked" guarantee, but when the shirts I ordered (mens medium) were delivered, they were sized for a 10 year old and the material was so thin and cheap, you could read a magazine through it. The company has done everything possible to not help with the return, include asking me to pay $30 plus for return postage and offering a 10% refund.
The Worst company to do business with - Never Again. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - STAY AWAY!!!

Absolutely trash assistant, spent 50 bucks on shirts and hoodie I never received. DO NOT BUY

Total scam. I ordered a 3 pack of shorts and after a month only one pair arrived. Quality was bad. I sent a email with a screenshot of my purchase order clearly stating a 3 pack but they just keep giving me the runaround. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I can put 0 reviews for these crooks , ordered 4 pollo shirts size large after waiting almost a month the shirts arrived , they were very small it doesn’t even go down below my shoulders , this is a joke , I reached out to them they said no problem keep the items will send you mother shipment but they said I have to pay for the shipping ,I said ok . Now they replied saying it’s going to cost me more & they can only receive on 2 items , this is a joke stay away from this company they are crooks my Bank is going to get notified that they are fraud

SCAMMER!!! If theres a zero star i will put that.. i order a adams book, worth of $65 and its a wasting money, wasting effort, i did not receive any item from them. They keep telling me that they already delivered, even theres no proof that they deliver exactly in my address. They dont have any proof that they said its delivered on my address. They keep telling its delivered etc, but theres nothing on my mailbox and my frontdoor, i should check the reviews before i buy. Thats my biggesr mistake,

I ordered a couple of items over a month ago. After emailing twice I finally received a shipping confirmation, coming from China. I wish I had looked up the company before buying.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They sent me extra small shirts when I ordered XL. The labels on the packaging say XL, but the shirts are so tiny that a 90lb kid could barely fit into them. I have tried to reach customer service to exchange 5 times now and all they have told me is I can pay $26 for shipping to get two new shirts sent to me. I have asked for a refund and a return label to send the shirts back, and they have not responded to this request after asking 3 times now over the past week. And it took a month to get the original order in the first place. With Amazon as competition, 30 days to wait for a shirt won't work.

My uncle wanted me to order something from them and i thought it looked like a scam but he insisted that it wasnt. Ordered a tshirt an a sweater for him Paid extra for expedited shipping (7-10 days). Never got a tracking number.

At 20 days I emailed customer service because it had not arrived, got an automated response. At 38 days it still hadn't arrived, contacted customer support and got another automated message. 47 days later nothing has arrived i will be filing a dispute with my credit card company today, would have done so sooner but credit card company said I needed to try and resolve it with Hervns first.

I bought three mechanic toolbox mugs from HERVNS and they were horrible. The day they arrived. I emailed them right away and told them I was not satisfied with them and I wanted to return them and get a full refund. When they replied, they offered to give me 10% back and I told them no that I wanted the full refund as it states in the contract which it says 30 days satisfaction guaranteed with money back if you’re not satisfied with the product, we will issue a full refund no questions asked then they offered 30% and they also said that I could keep the product and I said no, and they had also had told me at the first that I could keep the product because it was going to be very costly for me to send it back so they were being generous to me to begin with, and I didn’t think so. It’s a very cheap mug. The printing on the mug is very faint and ugly. It cost $58.62. They should stand by their word and it says free exchanges no hassle returns obviously they’re lying by what they say chipping methods with no hassle on returns and it says zero cost

Sizing extremely small. Bought a 3xl and looks like a child's shirt. Shipping took nearly 1 month . Customer support will only offer to send a new shirt but wants to charge for shipping. Save yourself the frustration and don't order from Hervn.

I wish I had found this page earlier. I ordered four large men’s button shirts from this company. After an extensive shipping time, the shirts arrived yesterday. When I opened up the bag, I thought my order must be wrong. I’m 5’9 180 pounds, and the “large “shirt wouldn’t fit over my shoulders. I’m convinced it wouldn’t fit my seven-year-old son. Of course I contacted the company and their response was offering me 10% off of my order, I could keep the worthless shirts and would have to pay shipping if I wanted to send it back. Clearly shipping to China right now is exorbitant. Shame on me for not checking this company out first. Make sure you take notice of their trust pilot score, I’m surprised it’s that high.

I orderd mens XXXL shirts. I received a very small boys shirt, very poorly made piece of crap. This company is a total scam pls beware. They have no way to contact them and don't respond to there emails.

Placed an order for 3 shirts. Received order approximately 21. days later. Shirts were way too small. Although their website explains says you can return items several emails told me it was not a profitable use o their resources. I accepted their offer of a 30% refund. Lousy company to do business with.

Ordered the "Ultra comfortable polo shirt" from Hervns on May 4th and it didn't arrive until May 30th. NOTHING takes that long to be delivered these days. Then when I finally received the shirt...I thought they screwed up my order. I ordered a mens XL and what I received was a childs size shirt. I looked at the tag and sure enough it was marked as a mens XL. This shirt might fit a 12 year old but not any adult I ever met. And the shirt is one stitch away from being a fishnet shirt. It's completely see through. This shirt is complete garbage and I feel scammed. DO NOT BUY

UPDATE: The company only issued a full refund after I opened a chargeback dispute with my credit card company. Don’t close the dispute until the credit actually gets posted (not just pending). If you’re unable to resolve an issue directly with the merchant, a chargeback may be your best option. Frequent disputes can negatively affect a merchant’s relationship with payment processors and increase their costs, which is why they often take action once a dispute is filed.

I ordered 3 XL shirts and got cheapy kids shirts & they’re refusing to refund my money. Several emails telling me it’s too expensive to send it back to China (without giving me an address). Offered me 10% refund (what a joke!). Very big scam.

I would give zero stars if i could. Ordered 3xl and got what appears to be a small. The ad is deceiving they make it seem it is a US company but really a Chinese company. I have nothing against the Chinese people except those who are wiling to scam you. They want 12.95 per shirt on a return when they arrived in one bag. Steer clear of this shame company, 67 bucks down the hole.

SCAM! I would give a zero if I could. I ordered a shirt for my husband’s birthday. I paid 9.99 extra for shipping to get it here on time. I ordered an xlg. When it arrived it was like a boys medium. I emailed them and all I heard was you can pay for shipping again. It is very expensive to return because it is international. No way was I paying for it again when it probably would not even fit. It literally says paying additional would be no hassle returns. I wish I could add the screen shots from our email conversations. Finally they returned $3.26. So I am out over $30.00. DO not buy from them! I will be reporting this as well.

I ordered XL and they were so small, they wouldn't even fit my small 14 yr old grandson. The material was flimsy junk and they have no return policy!! I spent over $50 for something not worth 50 Cents!!
Big SCAM!!

I ordered 2 shirts for my husband, 6’4” muscular. They arrived 2 wks after expected delivery date. He couldn’t get them over his shoulders. My son, slightly smaller also couldn’t get them over his shoulders. I, 5’6” and usually wears a ladies medium can barely get them on comfortably. The material is like woven plastic. Sweat fest commence! I am annoyed at myself for not researching better. They got my money.
