The seller failed to deliver my items to my address twice. The third time I received them broken. Very poor quality of service.

Onze vloerlamp eend is een dag later gekomen dan verwacht. Ik heb keurig een mail ontvangen dat dit mogelijk was vanwege drukte. Wat zijn wij blij mee met deze lamp!! Kwalitatief goede lamp, en wat een eye-catcher! Ik weet niet helaas niet hoe ik een foto kan toevoegen. Het is zo’n geweldige lamp en hij is echt mega groot. Geweldig!!!

I ordered a parrot candleholder. It’s beautiful. Arrived safely, very well packed and protected. Would order again from the company. I had to email them about this order but I must say I received an answer very quickly from the company. Thank you.

Took my money, but failed to delivery the items. They say it was delivered and signed for during the week we were out of the country! When I replied to them saying that wasn’t possible they didn’t reply again.
It’s been a month and still no reply, no goods and no refund.
Think twice before using this company.

I bought the monkey plant head. It was larger than I thought which I was very happy with. The quality is very good and it’s such a cool feature in my home. I had a problem with delivery and reached out to werns, they were quick in response and very helpful. Will be using them again.

Received a parrot chandelier but the quality was not that good for the price. I was hesitant at first, but it looked a bit like a cheap fragile repainted item. It arrived damaged so I had to return, but it's very unclear how to do so. Website says free returns, but you need to email them to start this process and communication per mail is very slow, lots of repetitive questions about information I've already sent in my first email. Took me 3 weeks to finally get a return label. After sending proof of my return receipt, I did get the money sent back to my account within 1 or 2 days. So it is tedious to have to return and communication is not good, but once it's done you do receive your money as well as a discount code as apology. So I do think the company has good intentions, but there's a lot of room for improvement and I'd be careful purchasing very big and expensive items.

Terrible customer service. No proper information on how to return, at whose cost etc. No returns label despite website clearly saying free returns . Telling me to arrange and pay for a courier for a large decor item, that they will refund it. Avoid
