First of all - I wrote several time for a return label because it was offered on their homepage.
But instead I get mails from a certain David who was asking for a photo because one item was broken. I send the photo but instead of sending me a return label get some blabla mail and an offer of discount.
So, I don’t want any discounts just a return label. I do not like the quality of your products and your service just sucks.

Ich bestellte eine Wildschwein-Lampe und kaufte eine passende Glühbirne dazu. Die Bestellung war einfach und die Lieferung erfolgte prompt. Das Wildschwein sieht super aus und gefällt sehr gut. Die Glühbirne war jedoch defekt, da sich eine Scherbe darin befand. Der Kundendienst reagierte aber entgegenkommend und erstatte mir den Kaufpreis für die Glühbirne zurück, ohne dass ich sie zurücksenden musste. Fazit: Ich kann Werns gerne weiterempfehlen.

I've been so worried that parcel was lost.trackingl number shown that I received parcel but I don't get anything
I contacted company and it shows that parcel was returned to them.it was confusion with street address.they send parcel to street name 59, which is the house number not a street name. They corrected mistake and I next day revived parcel.Parcel wasn't lost and IAM happy at last

I returned two orders (numbers 63548 and 63549), but the payment was still charged to my credit card. Via Klarna everything is settled, but the payment on creditcard I haven’t received a refund yet. I paid the shipping cost with Klarna but the order with credit card is still not processed.

I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times via the contact form, but I haven’t received any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I bought something which I had to change and they solved it, and gave a discount code for the future. I like the store and I will buy again in the future. Thanks

I bought the most beautiful teapot, sugar bowl and milk jug. Absolutely exquisite and great quality. I have to drink a bitter herb tea everyday and now I do it with joy.

I ordered two elephant and parrot candle holders. They are stunning. The eclectic design and wonderful detailing make them a real statement piece.
