I had 2 experiences with Werns and in both cases the customer-service was really nice and helpfull. I got the vase of lemons and the ostrich lamp. Both pieces are really beautifull.

A reliable customer service
I ordered a glass table with a monkey underneath. Unfortunately the parcel arrived broken. David from the customer service was very kind and reactive. I sent it back thanks to a prepaid label and get a refund very quickly. I will but again some item from this company if something else appeals to me.

Do not buy anything from this company
Do not buy anything from this company. I sent back returns to the value of E1650 in early August (many of the items arrived broken) & have not received my refund. No one will respond to my emails and there’s no way of phoning them. I am now forced to report them as fraudulent to my credit card to try and receive my money back. I believe the positive reviews posted here are untrue as there is nobody responding in Customer Service

Non delivery of order and slow response
Ordered sicilian female vase. Had wanted this for some time. But it has not arrived yet and after an initial acknowledgment from David in customer service I am hearing nothing. Lodged a complaint with PayPal for refund. Disappointing response.

I had ordered a candle holder
I had ordered a candle holder, but unfortunately it was broken on arrival. David was extremely helpful adn issued a refund very quickly for the full amount. I was very impressed with the customer service. I really loved the candlesticks and would definitely purchase in store if i were more local.

Habe bei meiner Bestellung einen Artikel vergessen. Da WERNS unfassbar schnell versendet, konnte dieser nicht mehr nachträglich hinzugefügt werden. WERNS hat mir die Versandkosten für das zweite Paket netterweise erstattet und zusätzlich einen weiteren 15% Gutschein geschickt!
Absolut empfehlenswert, die Produkte sind auch super!

Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service
I bought several items, including a candle holder. The delivery was fast, but the packaging was terrible and the foam quality was poor. My candle holder arrived broken. I requested a return and wrote an email about it, but the customer service response was very slow. It has been two weeks, and my issue still hasn't been resolved. I do not recommend this. The price is high, but the quality is very poor

Sehr schneller Support, tolle Ware
Ich hatte eine Tischlampe bestellt. Der Lampenschirm hatte im Gewebe einen kleinen Defekt, den ich selbst nicht als Mangel bewertet hatte: ich wollte dennoch einen neuen Lampenschirm nachkaufen. Der Support reagierte sehr schnell, der Lampenschirm war leider nicht vorrätig, dafür hat man mir einen Nachlass angeboten. Die Abwicklung war reibungslos und maximal kundenorientiert. Die Tischlampe gefällt übrigens allen, kam gut verpackt an und macht einen außerordentlich hochwertigen Eindruck.

Los productos de esta web es que me flipan. Son muy originales.
Aunque, para mí, el precio de los productos es algo elevado, la verdad es que son de bastante buena calidad.
El pedido llegó en un tiempo razonable y muy bien empaquetado.
Tuve que devolver uno de los productos y ahí el proceso se complicó un poco ya que pasó bastante tiempo sin recibir el reembolso. Mandé un correo a través de su web (desde la sección CONTACTO) y nunca recibí respuesta por lo que opté por escribir directamente a la dirección de email y me atendieron rápidamente solucionando todo.
La verdad es que es un tienda que recomendaría.

Keine Rückerstattung erhalten obwohl Ware defekt
Werns hat absolut wunderschöne Artikel, allerdings kamen meine beschädigt an. Rücksendung vor 4 Wochen. Bis heute warte ich auf über 150€. Auf E-Mails wird nicht mehr reagiert, auf Social Media ebenso nicht. ich bestelle unglaublich viel online, aber so einen schlechten Service habe ich noch nie erlebt.
