I had 2 experiences with Werns and in both cases the customer-service was really nice and helpfull. I got the vase of lemons and the ostrich lamp. Both pieces are really beautifull.

lack and delay of communication so i am having to leave a review in order to get a restore them to collect my order that is different as per the photo on their website no uk plug despite it being sent to the uk and not advised of this also too heavy to fix to a
wall how they advise you to not bracket etc but worst of all how long it takes for them to respond and delay for any response unacceptable

Terrible

Terrible, the first order that was very expensive arrived broken they offered a 20% discount
The second order 185€ was meant to arrive over two weeks ago and absolutely nothing. I have claimed my merchandise nearly every day since then. No reply no refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
Terrible service and very expensive

URGENTE: MANCANZA NUMERO DI TRACCIAMENTO DHL - ORDINE 74279 - CONSEGNA PREVISTA OGGI/DOMANI

Vi ho già contattato in merito alla spedizione del mio Ordine , pagato il 17 Novembre 2025.
L'ordine risulta "Shipped" nel Vostro sistema, ma a tutt'oggi, 21 Novembre, non ho ricevuto il codice di tracciamento (tracking number) di DHL.
Ho provato a utilizzare il numero d'ordine, ma non è il codice corretto per il corriere. Senza il tracking number, non posso monitorare la consegna, che è prevista tra oggi e domani (22.11.2025).
Vi chiedo di inviarmi immediatamente, entro e non oltre le prossime due ore, il codice di tracciamento DHL valido.
In caso contrario, sarò costretta ad annullare l'ordine per mancata fornitura delle informazioni essenziali sulla consegna e ad avviare la contestazione del pagamento tramite la mia banca, a causa del mancato rispetto dei termini di assistenza e spedizione.
Resto in attesa del codice di tracciamento.

27/11/2025 Ad oggi ANCORA NESSUNA RISPOSTA alle mie mail. Una cosa scandalosa.

Finalmente il 05/12/2025 mi è arrivata la benedetta poltrona. Dopo 100mila mail, alle quali mi è stato risposto a forse due. Al servizio clienti del sito è assolutamente inutile scrivere, così come in tutte le loro piattaforme social. Una fatica tale che se andavo in Germania a piedi e me la caricavo a spalle fino a casa avrei fatto meno fatica. Ora, non so se la colpa sia dell’azienda o dei spedizionieri, fatto sta che il numero di tracking l’ho ricevuto solo dopo essermi consumata i polpastrelli a forza di scrivere a Werns. Numero che tra l’altro mi è servito a poco perché non corrispondeva. In ogni caso vorrei spendere una parola anche per il corriere di Raben, che dopo essere stato mezz’ora al telefono per farsi spiegare la strada si è anche lamentato della località. È una casa nelle campagne di Frosinone ok, ma ci si arriva tranquillamente con il navigatore, non è un villaggio tibetano nascosto ai piedi delle Meili Snow Mountains. Ci sono molte cose dell’azienda che avrei acquistato, ma purtroppo è troppo faticoso acquistare dall’Italia da loro, quindi mi accontenterò della poltrona, che devo dire sia bellissima.

Highly Recommend

Ordered two items from this company, great quality, expertly packed and quick delivery. Had an issue with a discount code that was promptly resolved and my card credited with the additional discount. Super customer service, would highly recommend!

Missing item - fixed! :-)

I had ordered multiple lamps. One item was missing. I had to reach out to customer service and got a track and trace. Yesterday it also arrived so no problems on this side :-)

Great products and customer service

Great products and customer service. Have bought several products and love them.

Not only are the products great, but I’ve been overall impressed with the customer service when I’ve encountered issues (thank you David).

Will continue to buy from in the future and highly recommend.

Good company

Lovely candlestick but wasn’t adequately packaged and snapped off at a vulnerable point. Company did not shirk their responsibility and offered a reasonable refund.
