The product arrived damaged but Werns made no drama and gave us a refund and a discount. We ordered again.

Die Lampen (Wandlampe Pelikan und Deckenlampe Flying Ducky) sind total schön. Nach der Bestellung kamen sie auch zügig an und waren gut verpackt. Irgendwie habe ich dann die Rechnung verlegt und zwei Monate später per Mail darum gebeten, sie mir nochmal zu senden. Die Antwort erfolgte nach drei Tagen, was ich völlig angemessen finde, mit der gewünschten Rechnung. Alles bestens also. Vielen Dank.

Leider ist es nicht möglich in Kontakt zu treten. Ich laufe meiner Rechnung nun bereits 1 Monat hinterher. E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet.

I recently bought a gold duck table lamp which was faulty when I plugged it in. The inside part of the light socket came away which wouldn’t then allow it to work. I have sent a number of emails and reviews but not one acknowledgment. Exceptionally poor customer service.

The objects arrived quite fast but they were too big. Absolutely not for a standard apartment. The return of the products was a true nightmare, no return information, I had to search online in the terms and conditions - sent 5 emails with answers like ‘ can you confirm you sent ALL orders back’ after already 5 emails telling them I sent everything back. I had to pay the return costs. We are weeks later and I am still waiting on part of my reimbursement and return costs of post office. Such a shame as the objects are beautiful - still a lot of work to do on business and customer experience. Even my positive feedback was ignored

I had ordered the parrot light; beautiful and very good quality, however, one wing was broken which I glued with epoxy as I wanted to install it ASAP! I was offered a 20% refund which was sent to me. Beautiful authentic products, the packaging will need to improve though to avoid damage.

Mooie kussens, maar voor mij veel te licht, ik hou van zware kussens en daarom heb ik ze teruggestuurd.

Quickly and efficienty resolved

Around 22nd November 2025, I sent a product back that I did not like. It is now December 22nd 2025 and so far I have no refund, only a series of emails offering weak reasons for the delay. The company also takes several days to reply to each email. So I now have to waste time submitting documents to my payment card provider to get the refund.

I just got the product and utterly disappointed:

1-Quality is poor: for this price which is 2-3 times more expensive than other cushions on the internet; i was expecting a better quality but it is the opposite. It is even worse than the ones that i saw in some generic tool shops. Thin textile and print seems and feels cheap instead of chique.

2- No inner cushion: Filling material is placed directly in the main textile: no zipper and no inner cushion.
Main problem about is that you can not wash/clean it in case of stain since you can not empty it without harming/cutting product.

3-Filling material: filling material is made of sponge pieces which is getting plain or deformed easily with little pressure. Sponge filling and thin textile makes it very light like it is a toy cushion for children rooms.

4. Photos are misleading: it seems like a luxury item on photos but real product do not meet the expectations which photos creates.

I was waiting for the product for a year now to order since it was not available for a long time. I have decided to wait for it since i thought i would be getting a quality item for the price.
There are similar items on temu for 10 times cheaper but don’t know the quality and thought they would be kitsch items since they are very cheap; I may order to compare. But i feel like i paid a temu dealer 10 times more just for them to order it from there and send it to me.

I won’t be returning products since people complained about they do not return your money which would be double frustration.

Ich habe die Lampe Baby Strauß mit einer Glühbirne bestellt, deren Glaskolben leider sehr verkratzt und verschrammt ist. Leider ist die Kommunikation auf meine Reklamation mehr als spärlich, die ersten beiden Antworten haben jeweils 8 Tage gedauert. Auf meine 2. Anfrage bzgl. Umtausch wurde dabei nicht eingegangen, stattdessen wurde mir 15 % Rabatt auf meine nächste Bestellung gewährt. Auf die Bitte um Zusendung eines Retourenscheins in meiner 3. Mail kam bisher keine Antwort. Ich würde sagen, der Laden ist völlig indiskutabel. Eine Frechheit, wenn man deren AGB und eigene Angaben auf der Homepage liest. Da fragt man sich doch, was ein Trust-Shop Wert ist. Keine Empfehlung!!!

lack and delay of communication so i am having to leave a review in order to get a restore them to collect my order that is different as per the photo on their website no uk plug despite it being sent to the uk and not advised of this also too heavy to fix to a
wall how they advise you to not bracket etc but worst of all how long it takes for them to respond and delay for any response unacceptable

Terrible, the first order that was very expensive arrived broken they offered a 20% discount
The second order 185€ was meant to arrive over two weeks ago and absolutely nothing. I have claimed my merchandise nearly every day since then. No reply no refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
