Na een bestelling te hebben geplaatst, nooit meer iets van ze gehoord. In mijn account zie ik staan dat mijn bestelling is geannuleerd (raar dat dit niet gecommuniceerd is), maar aan de terugbetaling wordt ook niets gedaan.
Heb al vaak geprobeerd om contact te zoeken via mail en socials, maar krijg geen reactie.

Ne commandez surtout pas!!!! J’ai passé commande le 4 février le colis devait arriver entre le 6 et le 9, pas de nouvelles, je tente de joindre le SAV qui est tout simplement inexistant: Facebook, Instagram, mail, personne ne me répond alors qu’ils mettent des story qu’ils sont marqués comme en ligne mais personne ne daigne répondre. Un colis a plus de 400€ qui est dans la nature sans aucune indication. C’est HONTEUX!!!!

I’ve ordered from them twice now, and both times everything arrived quickly and without any issues.

On one occasion I did have a small problem with a product, and their customer support was quick to respond, very helpful, and easy to communicate with. They handled the situation professionally and fairly, offering a 30% refund and even an additional 15% discount on top of that.

Overall, a great experience, fast delivery, good quality, and excellent customer service. I would definitely order from them again.

Ho ordinato una lampada Octopus grande con la lampadina a forma di cuore: è arrivata con il tentacolo (la parte che regge la lampada) completamente staccato. Ho scritto dal sito web oltre dieci giorni fa ma nessuno mi ha ricontattata per la sostituzione o il rimborso. L'importo è molto alto ma non c'è controllo sul post-vendita: l'assistenza è assolutamente inadeguata. Praticamente mi considero truffata.

Ho ordinato due felpe HH, nessuna notizia dei capi e nessuna risposta alle e-mail, azienda poco seria per non dire altro, pessima esperienza, sto valutando se fare denuncia!

I bought a lamp here at the end of 2025. After it was delivered damaged, it was very difficult to get in touch with Werns' support department. After several emails, I finally succeeded, but because they don't have an automatic product exchange process, I got my money back and can order a new lamp. As a gesture of goodwill, I also received a 15% discount code. Fair enough, you might say. But now comes the catch... I got 179 euros back, but if I have to reorder the lamp now, I will have to pay more than 25 euros extra (including the 15% discount) for the lamp + shipping costs. The lamp has apparently become a lot more expensive in the meantime. Very unfair! I regret this purchase from Werns.

J ai passé une première commande le 3janvier 26 ,livraison estimée le13 15 janvier. Le 20 janvier toujours pas de livraison,suivi transporteur toujours sur le territoire allemand.
Pas de réponse à mes mails de la part du service client Werns. Remboursement émis.
J ai repassé une deuxième commande avec des conditions de vente différentes. Augmentation de 100€ soit 399 € transport gratuit pour commande supérieure à 250 €,soit Augmentation de 50€
Commande non réceptionnée ce jour 31 janvier
Remboursement émis.
DÉCEPTION non suivi service client,pas d écoute. Aucune information,pourquoi non livraison ?

Beware, do not order from their website, it's a huge scam!!! I ordered and never received my order. They don't reply to my emails asking where my order is.

Customer service is excellant quick to respond and very helpful. I bought the son of a duck lamp im so impressed with the quality and love the unique products on this website will definately be buying again.

received a damaged vase (the lemon vase I ordered). For a product this fragile, proper protective packaging is the bare minimum. Instead, the vase was placed in its own box with very limited protection, and that box was then put inside a larger outer box, again with minimal protective filling. This kind of packaging is completely inadequate for a fragile item.

As a result, the vase arrived shattered into many small pieces. It was so badly damaged that I didn’t even remove it from the box.

After contacting WERNS, I was first asked to provide photos, after which I was offered either a discount or a return. However, I do not want a discount — I simply want to receive the vase I ordered in proper condition. Since then, I have been repeatedly emailed with questions that are already clearly to be found in my order information. This gives the impression that the process is being unnecessarily delayed.

At this point, I am frustrated and unsure how to proceed, as I have lost confidence that a replacement would be packaged properly and arrive intact.

I had a few issues with items been damaged on delivery but customer service David helped by refunding an amount and trying to make good.

The items themselves are well made and very different so over all very pleased. And would definitely recommend to anyone!

I love their products! They are exactly as in the pictures and the quality is good. I had problems with the delivery of my order but they were fantastic and they solve it in an efficient and very kind way. I will for sure buy more from them

Εντυπωσιαστηκα απο την ποιοτητα των προιοντων που παραγγειλα .Ολα ηταν πολυ καλα συσκευασμενα.
Υπεροχα κομματια που ομορφαινουν το μεγοαλο γυαλινο τραπεζι μου.
Δυο υπεροχα κυροπηγεια με παπαγαλους και ενα κυροπηγειο με λουλουδια .Επισης πηρα μαξιλαρακια για τους καναπεδες μου.
Παραγγειλα και το γυαλινο τραπεζακι με τον μωβ πιθηκο και το περιμενω σε μερικες μερες να ελθει.

Nice products but after paying being led to another payment for 12 eurs to secure a good shipment pissed me off and will probatly stop me from buying again.

That is a stupid way to end a good buy.
