Ich hatte zwei Kerzenleuchter bestellt. Sie wurden prompt geliefert und waren so gut verpackt, wie ich es bisher bei keinem anderen Produkt erlebt habe. Leider haben mir die Figuren darauf jedoch nicht gefallen. Die Retoure ging blitzschnell und war überhaupt kein Problem. Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen schnell und freundlich.

Äusserst freundlicher und hilfreicher Kundenservice. Schöne, robuste Produkte. Schneller, sicherer Versand. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Appalling customer service. I ordered 2 lamps, one of them was not working well, so I sent it back to get refund with their provided sticker. The refund never arrived and I tried contacting them on few different platforms including emails and nothing. Very disappointing.

Very poor customer service, item was dispatched really quickly but then the parcel was lost by evri. I Contacted Werns after a couple of weeks to get them to resend it however I couldn’t get any help from them just 2 emails over the space of 2 weeks asking if it had arrived yet! Had to make a claim with PayPal in the end who thankfully refunded my money. Would not recommend using!

Purtroppo non ci è concesso allegare immagini ma comunque chiedono quasi 10€ di costi dí spedizione su un articolo che ne costa 150!! Siete VERGOGNOSI!!

Ordered the primavera blue vase, this arrived with various chips on it, the pink paint on flowers just peels off and is not glossy. It appears that pink paint was not dry before this was sent to me. WERNS are not answering my emails for refund or a replacement after an initial email offering me a discount. Very disappointing as I love the products !

I am really shocked about their delivery and support services. I ordered 3 items. I item did not arrive at all another one vase is arrived all broken because it was not packed well. I tried to contact support service several time but they just did not reply nowhere so I just dropped 500€. Shame of them honestly never again.

Premetto che da loro ho acquistato solo lampadine che sono protette da un cartone spesso esternamente e da della morbida gomma piuma all’interno. La lampada a cui sono destinate da loro è esaurita, per cui l’ho miracolosamente trovata da un rivenditore. Il primo ordine è andato perfettamente con tempi di consegna nella norma e comunque rispettati. Ieri ho fatto un altro ordine per altre lampadine X il quale non arrivava la mail di conferma pur avendo Klarna confermato la transazione. Allora ho scritto, ma dopo 5 ore circa dall’ordine finalmente la mail di conferma dello stesso e’ arrivata, per cui li ho avvertiti che la mia mail precedente non era più valida, avendo risolto nel frattempo. Oggi il servizio clienti mi ha risposto felice che avessi risolto, e approfittando x chiedere una recensione (sospetto che mi hanno risposto di fatto solo x avere la recensione). Adesso sto a vedere come evolve l’ordine che ho fatto ieri. Klarna quando vede che il venditore e’ Werns mette un messaggio in cui ti avvisa che le loro transazioni sono soggette a frequenti reclami. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Per esperienza personale (da altri fornitori e leggendo le varie recensioni) so che i loro prodotti sono molto delicati e, se non vengono imballati più che accuratamente, arrivano rotti. Io la lampada che ho trovato da un rivenditore (perfettamente imballata) l’avevo acquistata precedentemente da un altro soggetto che (avendola imballata malissimo) me l’ha consegnata completamente distrutta….

Je n'ai toujours pas reçu la lampe moutons que j'avais commandée. Après plusieurs réclamations, j'attends toujours....

Mein Samtstuhl war ein einem Fuß leicht gebrochen und ich habe innerhalb von 2 Tagen einen Ersatz geliefert bekommen.

Das nenne ich mal Service.

El pedido ha llegado mal pintado (el jarrón de loros) y con malas terminaciones. He contactado con ellos pero tardan muchísimos en dar respuesta, siempre contestan a medias. Primero me ofrecieron un descuento, luego cuando les dije que era para un regalo y quería uno que estuviera bien no contestaron. A los días volví a escribir expresando mi disgusto, su respuesta fue preguntarme si había visto al etiqueta para enviarlo de vuelta... Es decir, no terminan de contestar. No quiero devolverlo, quiero uno nuevo y que me expliquen algo. Muy disgustada. Espero que se solucione.
